F.A.Q.

The timeline varies based on individual circumstances, availability, and market factors. The process is designed to move efficiently while ensuring candidates are fully prepared prior to opening.

Top Rail looks for owners with strong business acumen, leadership ability, and financial capacity. Prior fencing experience is not required. Financial and operational qualifications are reviewed during the application and FDD process.

Candidates will interact with franchise development representatives, current franchisees, and executive leadership. The Meet the Team visit provides an opportunity to meet trainers, support staff, and leadership in person.

The Meet the Team visit is an in-person experience at Top Rail’s headquarters where candidates learn about operations, training, systems, and company culture, and can ask in-depth questions before finalizing their decision.

Franchisees complete an initial training program prior to opening, covering operational, sales, and administrative topics. Ongoing support and training continue throughout the franchise term.

Territory boundaries are discussed and defined during the FDD review phase and finalized prior to signing the Franchise Agreement.
