Steve and his crew were helpful, knowledgable, and quick. Steve answered all my questions and proposed thoughtful solutions, and remained communicative throughout the entire process, which only took about 2 weeks. Super happy with the work
I was gifted a puppy and immediately knew I needed a fence. Steve from Top Rail Fence was amazing from start to finish. Steve is very personable and easy to talk to. The day he came for the estimate he listened to my vision of the fence project and then gave me some suggestions to consider (which would save me money). He was very patient while I waited to get the required approvals from my HOA. Steve followed up periodically to see how things were going with the HOA, and once I received the approval he fit me right into his schedule. His crew was on time and professional. I absolutely love my fence and will recommend Top Rail Fence to my friends and family. Actually, my neighbor has already asked for an estimate. Oh, I had a total of 4 contractors come out to give me an estimate. My due diligence paid off. If you want a stress-free experience, choose Top Rail Fence. You will not be disappointed.
Steve and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding our fence and gates. Steve was very responsive. He gave great advice and suggestions as did the crew. We could not be happier with our new fence. I wish I could say I would use them again but we will not need a new fence in this lifetime. Thanks so much Steve and Top Rail Fence!

Steve was amazing. He is easy to talk to, cares about the end product, and is willing to get the job done no matter what it takes. We had issues getting a permit and he advocated for me with the city and worked it all out! He went down and talked with the people for me and got the permit we needed. He was able to install my fence the same week and work with my schedule. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone. Thank you Steve!

Steve was patient and understanding. My wife died recently. One of our last decisions together was to have an 8-foot tall fence installed to keep deer out of our back yard. I wanted wood. She wanted black chain link so she could still see the forest behind us. Her unexpected illness and death to pancreatic cancer postponed the fence. I had 4 vendors visit and provide estimates. One lost me as they kept pressing for a decision even after I told them pressuring me would lose them the job. A second simply stopped communicating with me. Topsail stuck with me! Steve visited several times. He helped me compromise on a fence with wood down the sides and a chain link in the back: privacy while still seeing the forest. I’ve had two small touch-up issues. Steve has responded to and corrected each within a few days. I’ve already recommended him and the company to a neighbor.
An Incredible Experience! Steve came to my house on time the day of the quote and we went over what I was wanting to do! Steve was hesitant in providing a quote same day because he knew I had a smaller job and didn't want me to pay too much for labor!!! His quote was competitive and he kept me informed the entire time! Even with a rain delay, he contacted me a day prior to advise there was weather coming (fresh concrete and rain don't mix) and he asked if he could adjust the appointment! He showed up when he said and the final product looks amazing! This fence goes in front of our Airbnb and is very important with curb appeal! I would not think twice about using Top Rail again!!!!! So happy with this company!
Steve from Top Rail Fence Ga is AMAZING! He made sure my Chihuahua Symba could NOT get outside the fence.😊 He’s also professional and makes sure that I knew what was going on throughout the installation of the fence. I recommend Steve for any fence installation project!
