I was gifted a puppy and immediately knew I needed a fence. Steve from Top Rail Fence was amazing from start to finish. Steve is very personable and easy to talk to. The day he came for the estimate he listened to my vision of the fence project and then gave me some suggestions to consider (which would save me money). He was very patient while I waited to get the required approvals from my HOA. Steve followed up periodically to see how things were going with the HOA, and once I received the approval he fit me right into his schedule. His crew was on time and professional. I absolutely love my fence and will recommend Top Rail Fence to my friends and family. Actually, my neighbor has already asked for an estimate. Oh, I had a total of 4 contractors come out to give me an estimate. My due diligence paid off. If you want a stress-free experience, choose Top Rail Fence. You will not be disappointed.

Steve and his crew did a fantastic job rebuilding our fence and gates. Steve was very responsive. He gave great advice and suggestions as did the crew. We could not be happier with our new fence. Steve was amazing. He is easy to talk to, cares about the end product, and is willing to get the job done no matter what it takes. We had issues getting a permit and he advocated for me with the city and worked it all out! He went down and talked with the people for me and got the permit we needed. He was able to install my fence the same week and work with my schedule. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone. Thank you Steve!

We had a great experience with Top Rail Fence North Atlanta on a recent gate project for our backyard. We dealt with Joe Peace, and he capably walked us through the process. Plus he worked with my wife to create the style and size gate she wanted to have installed. Joe’s teammate, Juan, and a helper did a wonderful job of assembling the gate, anchoring the posts and getting it installed exactly where we wanted it to be placed. And it looks great. We highly recommend Joe, Juan and the helper each of whom were true professionals in getting our project completed to our satisfaction. Top Rail Fence North Atlanta is a top notch organization.

Great job replacing my wooden fence. The process was very straightforward and easy to schedule. The wood is pressure treated and has a good warranty. The people putting up the fence were very courteous and professional. They also did a thorough job cleaning up and taking away the old fence. I would highly recommend this company for fencing needs.

Very satisfied with Top Rail Fence. From the initial quote by Jeff to the fence installation, everything was a smooth process. The fence installation was done diligently and efficiently (thanks to Mike and his team). They also address some adjustments I requested for the gate. During the walkthrough, they also took into account HOA requirements that I needed to be met. They also checked in with me regularly during the installation which I appreciated. We are extremely satisfied with the job they did here. They went above and beyond to clear out our old fence that was embedded in the ground and had ivy completely covering it and transformed our yard to make it a more usable space for us. Thanks so much for the great job and experience!

Working with the Top Rail Fencing staff, was truly a delight. When they say first impressions are lasting, this is true. After meeting Mr. Jeff I certain that the rest of the persons I would be involved with were the same and they were. In meeting Mr. Phil, he made me feel like a valued customer ( in spite of all the setbacks). No fault of the company, up until the installation, we communicated with each other, and when the approval came he was just as happy as I was. On the day of the installation Juan, Luis and Marvin put the icing on the cake so to speak. Because of the way my yard is landscaped, (picture one) I just knew it wasn’t going to work out. They too involved me in what they were going to try to do. All of a sudden my concern became their challenge. ( picture 2). I will highly recommend Top Rail Fencing because of their concern and their professionalism. Thank you Top Rail Fencing for making my vision become a reality.
