Collin provided an excellent plan for our fence and quick responses to our questions and in providing a competitive peoposal. The installation crew was very efficient and did a great job installing the fence in one day. We are very satisfied with Top Rail Fence in all regards and highly recommend them for fencing installation!

From the first contact with Top Rail, the communication and response was good. They came when arranged, and kept me informed of the process. We met the morning they came and reviewed the set up. Their experience and expertise was evident as they knew how to adjust for the quirks of my yard. The crew was polite, friendly, hard working and completed the job in one day. All seemed to have expertise and pride in their work.

Top Rail installed a fence around our church cemetery. Their work was professional and transparent from the bidding of the job through its completion. Their price was fair and the quality of the fence as well as their installation of it was excellent. The result is that our historic cemetery now is enclosed by a fence that honors the ancestors in a dignified and gracious way. Top Rail Fence can be trusted to do a thoroughly excellent job.

Very professional and Colin was there when promised and the installers did a professional job. Got and emailed after the installation that advised me on how to maintain the fence.

Top Rail was immediately responsive, efficient, well-priced, and creative in solving a unique design challenge -- replacing a detachable box around a Dominion transformer, and integrating a new gate and privacy fence. Collin and his crew completed the project in less than a day and the product speaks for itself. Throughout the process, Collin was a consummate professional and we knew we could rely on him to deliver. The HOA is happy too and will surely seek more from Top Rail, as should any homeowner.
We spoke with many different companies before Top Rail and they were the most affordable, quickest and most professional of them all!! Our yard was a little difficult to work with and they still got the job done as quick as they could so we would be able to bring our dog to our new home :)

I had an unfinished fencing project that we started a few months ago but was unable to complete due to an injury. After trying several fencing companies who wouldn’t take the project because it had been partially done or we already had prepurchased materials, I found Collin from Angie’s list. He came out and went over the project with me, took measurements , and gave me an estimate within hours. He responded quickly and had the crew out within a couple of weeks. It was easy to contact him via text and he frequently sent messages about the progress. All, in all, I would highly recommend him for any fencing projects you need done. It turned out great !
