Very professional and reasonably priced. Had two different projects done with top rail, wood privacy and vinyl coated chain link. Joseph in particular is very nice and easy to work with. Good communication and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. They also make sure you’re happy with the fence before paying the remainder of the bill, which I appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a fence in the Chattanooga area.

After years of futile struggling to control deer who grazed in our rose garden, we finally decided to install a 6 foot fence to permanently curtail their access. But since the roses are in the front yard, we wanted a fence that would not only be functional, but also beautiful and still allow the rose display to be visible through the fence. Steve with Top Rail responded immediately to my request for information, was quick to come and measure, gave us great advice about our options, was accommodating when we changed our minds, came out to remeasure at our request, provided a detailed estimate, and got us scheduled within weeks of the contract being signed. Joseph supervised the install crew who were fast, efficient, and meticulous.in their craftsmanship, and they were thoughtful and cordial as well. The finished product - a 6 foot black aluminum commercial grade fence - is beautiful and high quality. We are beyond satisfied with every aspect of our interaction with Top Rail and their team, and would definitely choose to work with them again.

The installers, lead by Cesar, worked very efficiently and responded well to questions or things we wanted done and they did a thorough job cleaning up.

Family run business that provides ease of scheduling a free consultation. Professional, friendly staff that is highly communicative. Once the service day arrived they were thorough to provide high quality installation. This required some extra time and care due to the rocky ground but they never quit until the job was completed. Fulfilled all requests for materials pick up and even thoughtfully followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!
