After finally getting approval from our HOA,everything went smoothly.Heather and Dave were very helpful to us ,keeping us informed on every detail.Len&Chris were very professional in their work,informing me of everything involved with the job .I would recommend Top Rail to everyone I know that needs a fence.

We had a vinyl fence with black metal gates installed. From the beginning, David's and Heather's suggestions were right on point. Lenny was the installer and every detail was covered. He went above and beyond with making sure we were happy. He came back to address one minor issue and made everything perfect. The price David quoted us was very reasonable. He did not try to upcharge us like other companies try to. We have nothing but amazing things to say because it was a great experience working with Top Rail Fence.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Top Rail Fencing. From the very first interaction to the final installation, the entire process was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Heather was fantastic with scheduling and timelines. She consistently checked in, clearly answered all my questions, and made the payment process and receipts incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication set the tone for the entire experience. David came out to measure and help design my fence, and I immediately felt at ease with him. He connected with me right away by recognizing our shared tie to Atlanta, GA (I was wearing my Falcons baseball hat), which made the experience feel personal from the start. More importantly, he truly listened to my concerns and actually put them on paper. David checked in multiple times—first to confirm the build timeline and again to make sure the materials had been delivered. He even went above and beyond by recommending a specific product to clean the siding on my house. That extra care really stood out. I already knew Len’s work firsthand, which ultimately sealed the deal for me. I was already leaning toward Top Rail based on my research, but when David mentioned that Len would be the installer, I knew without question that I was choosing Top Rail—even after receiving two other quotes. Len previously did an excellent job installing a tile floor in my sunroom after the original builder made serious mistakes. Watching how meticulous and detail-oriented he was with that project, I never doubted the quality of his work. He does not cut corners, and it absolutely shows. Chris also deserves special recognition. My mom commented on how hard he worked all day, digging through the hard clay in my yard and not stopping until the job was done. His work ethic was impressive. Throughout the entire process, the team felt truly cohesive. Even though I knew they were juggling other fences and customers, the time, care, and attention they gave me made me feel like I was their only customer. When I got home from work and saw the fence for the first time, my immediate reaction was, “It’s so beautiful.” I walked around in awe of both the quality and the appearance. I had pictured something like plastic fencing from a big-box store, but this was on an entirely different level. Even my neighbor stopped by to ask Len and Chris about the fence’s durability and performance in high winds—and he was clearly impressed. (I suspect a future Top Rail customer!) I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful this experience was and how happy I am, but I’ll end with this: If you are considering installing a fence, you could not ask for a better team to go through the process with than Top Rail Fencing. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about David! I got several quotes before deciding to go with Top Rail for my fence and David was the only one who truly listened to what I wanted. From our very first meeting he helped bring my image to life! He let me know exactly what to expect and I couldn't have asked for better communication! Throughout the entire process David and his wife, Heather, answered my every call, question and concern. Once the fence was installed, very quickly I might add, David kept in touch with me to make sure that it was everything I had hoped for and would not rest until he knew I was 100% satisfied! I also have to give a special shout out to the Lenny who came out to make some final tweaks and put on some finishing touches. He was very nice, professional and a pleasure to deal with. All of that being said, I do have to mention the one blemish in my experience with this company, the product manager Gabe McColl. After the initial install, while waiting for the final things to be corrected and completed, his lack of communication was abysmal! Despite multiple requests for updates on when the work would be completed and pleas for any sort of response, they all went unanswered. Every week for almost a month I reached out to Gabe to try to find out when things would be finished. Not once could he even be bothered to respond. If it had not been for David and Heather this review would look very different. At every turn, David did all he could and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the fence of my dreams. I would 100% recommend David to anyone!

David met with my wife and I about his company, Team Rail Fence, building our fence. He talked about the many years of experience that Top Rail had in building fences and that their customers were always pleased with the results. If we had questions about anything later, we could always call David McClure or his wife Heather to quickly get answers. David and Heather estimated that the fencing supplies would probably arrive within two weeks. They arrived 12 days later. Three days after the fence materials arrived, Lenny and Chris started putting our fence together. The started around 11:40am and finished about 5 1/2 hours later. They cleaned up the excess materials and took it with them. Lenny and Chris worked well together at a steady and relaxed pace and always had a good sense of humor. They also answered whatever questions I had. Overall, my wife and I rated the David McClure, Heather McClure, Lenny and Chris team with 5 stars. Together, they did a wonderful job on the fence. Had a great experience dealing with Dave, Heather and Chris with the purchase of our privacy fence. They walked us through all processes and explained everything. The fence was installed by Lenny and crew. Lenny and I talked on the phone about the details of the fence. Lenny and crew went to work. These guys are quick and installation is perfect craftsmanship. I would recommend top rail fencing for all your fencing needs. Great job to all the team members on this little project.

David Mcclure and his team of Len and Chris did a great job installing my fence. Fence looks great and time to put up in one day. The area was clean and neat after work was completed. If I need another fence these are the people I would use.

From start to finish, these folks were pros. David McClure helped me navigate my HOA restrictions & followed up on every detail. Lenny & Chris got my beautiful new fence constructed in record time. I highly recommend this team for anyone looking to build a great fence.

Me & my fiancé just got our fence installed couple of weeks ago & we love it. Our animals love it. David & Heather were amazing on explaining everything and getting what we wanted. The installers Lenny & Chris did an awesome job on putting the fence together. The fence is good quality, and looks good.

I am not one to usually write reviews but with my experience I had decided to sing my praise. David and Heather were fantastic, they made sure we got what we wanted and the best price possible. They kept us informed the whole time. After we were approved by the HoA, next thing I see is 2 gentlemen walking in the backyard, which were Lenny and Chris. They way they work was amazing. I blinked and the demo for the previous fence was going so quickly. You could tell they know what they were doing. Only took a day for the work. We are very happy with the new fence. If anyone needs a fence I won't hesitate to suggest Top Rail Fence, and pass David McClure's number to them.

Firstly I want to say how impressed I am with Top Rail Fencing. David McClure made sure he made it his best interest to get me the dream fence I desired for. He stayed with me step by step and even pitch in ideas that could make the fence u wanted wayy better. It was super easy and quick working with David McClure , a very happy and amazing guy. Outside of David , it was Jeremy and Josh who were the ones to install the fence for me and they were so nice and friendly , they walked me through everything they were doing and let me know what needed to be done and even went above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. I am impressed with Top Rail Fence. I met with Heather she explained how when and where the project was gonna proceed. She made it all happen. I met the crew Len and Chris. They were the best!
