I just bought a new home and needed a fence for my dog upon closing. When I called Top Rail, they immediately sent someone out to measure the back yard. Diane was extremely helpful and accommodating and said that they could start the fence right on my closing date. They finished the fence the next day and it is beautiful! They were great about asking questions along the way to make sure it was placed how I wanted it. I am so glad I chose Top Rail to install my fence and would recommend them 1,000 times over.

Great company! Got initial estimate, good price, confirmed, and we’re ready to go. It was a small job, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Diane was pleasant, professional and followed up quickly. Within in a week after initial contact I was called and asked if they could come out to do job! Of course! Zack and Chase arrived, encountered a bit of a problem, had everything needed to deal with same, and did! Finished job was great! Both were professional, courteous and friendly. Recommend Top Rail fence highly, very pleased!

Fantastic experience! I inquired about possible fence repair and was called the same day to sent up an in person evaluation. Their team had supplies ordered, delivered, and the fence replaced within 2 weeks.

Top Rail Fence did an excellent job for me. I wanted a fence that would separate my dog from the two Rottweilers on the others side of the privacy fence. The black coated chain link fence accomplished everything I thought it would. It looks very nice. Top Rail Fence had it installed in about 3 hours. The fence looks great.

Diane and the whole team were so kind, efficient, and helpful. Our little dachshund (Robert) loves his new fence!

The fence installation personnel were very friendly and easy to communicate with. If any problems or questions came up, they were very helpful in answering them or clarifying any issues.

Guess what? I just had my privacy fence installed by Top Rail Fence! And yes, in this cold once in a lifetime snowy weather here in Columbia SC. They really did a great job in spite of the cold weather. Mike and his crew got the job done and I'm well pleased. They took down the old prehistoric fence I had, hauled it off (good bye old friend), and quickly installed a new one. Out with the old, in with the new! Prior to starting the job we did a walk through to set expectations and another walk through afterwards to see if I was satisfied with the work. The whole initial process with Diane with the quote, to the completion with the installers was a breeze. If you're looking to have a new fence install, give Top Rail a call.
