Amazing experience with owner Dave Thomason, and his amazing crew! While our project took longer than expected (due to unforeseen circumstances), the end result is quality beyond what we would have obtained with most other companies, and in a fair price point. Our job was a LARGE one! Owner & crew were attentive to detail, respectful (true joy to have around honestly), dependable, and super thorough. Dave presents all options and makes valid recommendations that results in the warrantied end result you expect with such an investment! Dave and AJ did a superb job on our chain link fence. The yard is sloped and that presented a problem as well as hundreds of roots under the fence line. AJ and his crew worked tirelessly to have the fence line down to the ground so our dogs would not think about going under. We would certainly recommend Top Rail Fence Florida Panhandle. Their goal is customer must be completely satisfied and they achieve this goal.

Top Rail quoted the best solutions to combat privacy fence issues. Like a 10 year warranty on the pickets, a composite kickboard and metal frames for the gates. If you want a fence that's going to last, give them a call.

I really loved that he had his company pickets with him to show quality, it definitely helped with the decision making. When it came build time, AJ and his crew really blew it out of the park. They were super friendly and professional. Dave explained the whole fencing process in a way that was easy to understand and went over the different types of wood, letting me know which one would work best. Very informative, with complete communication being a plus in notifying surrounding properties. Materials are of great quality with a harder fence board( an option and well worth it). Would not hesitate to use Top Rail again. The workmanship and reading the land and layout by the installers was spot on.
