I have to say, after my horrible experience with Lowes and their contractor, Top Rail Fence were great. They did the job in a great timeline and their employees were awesome, from office to the builders. I really appreciate the help, understanding and great job they did. They even have a great communication with me during the whole process. Thank you!!!

Tough hillside fence install. Tucker, Kevin, and Chris were the main points of contact through the project. The fence went in smoothly over two days, they followed up with missing pieces and better hardware solutions and cleaned up my property and the neighbor’s property after they finished. Really solid fence and materials! Price was slightly lower than the next comparable estimate! Win win.

Excellent end product. I am very happy with the result. One thing they can improve on is communication with the customer (me) about any delays or changes. Other than that I am a satisfied customer.

I had chain link fence removed, an 8' privacy fence they had done previously extended, 6' privacy fence added, aluminum fencing installed in my backyard, and a charleston style fence installed along the front of my home. There was some miscommunication on fence types in the beginning of the job and the owner jumped right in and even left his sons basketball game to ensure the crews were on the right track. As a general contractor myself, I would recommend Tucker and his team.

Crew was polite and prompt. Finished job in great time and work done well. Would recommend to others. Cost was a little less than quoted....crew worked quickly. Thanks

We love our new fence! Christian and his crew did a great job for a great price. They were very communicative and showed up when they said they would. These are my go to fence guys from now on.

I had a great experience with top rail. I changed my mind a few times and they were on it right away and made changes no problem. I wanted the fence up before Thanksgiving and they push and made it happen. Good service and quality work. Highly recommended.

Beautiful job on the fence. The workers did a great job on installing the fence with the old fence as this was a repair job. If I hadn’t seen them here I would never have known it because the yard was as clean as it could be.

Friendly, professional, did a great job fixing my fence and a gate after the hurricane. Would recommend them and use them again!

Christian was awesome and so was his crew. They were very quick getting job completed and professional. They did a fantastic job.

Worked with Christian Moore on this one. Service was stellar and communication was consistent the entire time. He jumped out to the property to do a quote within a day of the inquiry and their team was able to start (and complete) the project before the end of the next week. They completed a backyard privacy fence (and a pair of gates) with pre-stained pickets for us after half of the original fell over thanks to a hurricane. It looks great! And when we found a few missing nails on a couple pickets they came back out to fix those details no questions asked. Pleasure to work with, and, if we ever are in the fence market again, we'll be sure to call them back. Anyone in the market for a quality fence at a fair price, look no further...this is your squad.

I called Top Rail Fence and spoke to the general manager Christian who was very caring and immediately sent out one of his repair men Chris who went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and he was a great worker.I would highly recommend Top Rail fence for all of your fence needs. In June, Top Rail Fence did an excellent job installing my fence. Christain contacted me the day before to provide detailed instructions on the upcoming process. When a storm caused some damage last week, I reached out to Christain, and he promptly called me back to discuss the issue. His team was dispatched the next day to make the repairs.
