The homeowner wanted to refresh and upgrade their property with a privacy fence that offered both strength and style. A Board-on-Board fence with trim was chosen to deliver a clean look while maximizing privacy. Our team handled the demo of 219 linear feet of existing fencing before installation. The new fence featured cedar rails (2x4), a kickboard made from 2x6 pressure-treated pine, and trim (no cap) for a sleek finish. The pickets were installed facing the homeowner and finished with a custom stain blend of Medium Brown and Mahogany for a warm, rich tone. The fence was set using the existing posts, and we added one single gate for access. The project was completed efficiently, transforming the space with a strong, stylish fence that provides privacy and enhances curb appeal. The homeowner was pleased with the look and appreciated the attention to detail.
