Jack Shannon and his crew were quick to respond and repair my mother’s fence. Jack and his crew were a delight to work with and are a company we would call on again and refer to our friends and neighbors.

Extremely satisfied. Contacts and work was done in a timely manner and in the time promised. The entire fence needed to be replace, and work was completed in sections to accommodate our family’s dog. The crew that performed the work were diligent, professional, and friendly. They always asked if the work was completed to our satisfaction and cleaned the area they worked in daily. We have already recommended Top Rail to several people and will continue to recommend them.

The crew showed up promptly every morning and often worked well beyond a standard 8-hour day to keep the project moving. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving each day. The finished fence looks fantastic and is clearly built to last. They did a tear down and replacement of cedar fence. Small work crew but very focused on task at hand. Price was reasonable to market. Very pleased with the results.

Top Rail Fence did a fantastic job on my fence replacement. I signed contract on a Friday and a week later the job was complete. Jack was professional and fair in assessing and pricing options for the job. He checked in with the workers and with me regularly. Jack and his team with Top Rail Fencing-Memphis, did an amazing job fixing my gate doors. Mine were falling off the hinges and didn’t open and shut properly. They also needed proper locks and handles that were not put on when they were originally built. My brother, Jack, has filled a void the city has needed… an efficient, responsive and quality fencing company that you can trust. The difference on fronts was night and day from my last fencing experience. Top Rail Fencing is the best in Memphis and surrounding areas.

I had some fence extensions to install that I had bought online. It was somewhat unusual and required some ingenuity. They did an excellent job. I give them an A+++. Super in every respect. They aren't cheap, but maybe this is a good example of "you get what you pay for."
