Carl is a family man who loves living in Oklahoma and is proud to build a business in the communities he calls home. That personal investment drives his focus on doing work the right way, not just the fast way.

Since 2019, he has worked in construction and home services, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects and learning what it takes to deliver quality work in real-world conditions. That background shows up in the details—from planning and coordination to jobsite execution and final walkthroughs.

At his core, Jorge cares about serving people well. He believes clear communication, follow-through, and respect for a customer’s property are just as important as the finished product. He also takes pride in quality craftsmanship, ensuring each project meets the standards our team sets for durability, safety, and long-term performance.

As Project Manager, Jorge is focused on making the process smooth and predictable for our clients while ensuring every fence or gate is built the right way. His goal is simple: deliver work he’s proud to put his name on and make sure customers feel confident every step of the way.

Matt Barrett

Meet Matt Barrett, our Sales Manager at Top Rail Fence OKC. He was born and raised in Oklahoma City and brings deep local roots and decades of industry experience to his role as Sales Manager.

With nearly 25 years working in and around the fencing industry, he has seen just about every scenario a homeowner or property manager can face. That experience allows him to guide customers with honesty and clarity—helping them make informed decisions based on how a fence or gate will actually perform over time, not just how it looks on day one.

Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and father of two who enjoys spending time outdoors and playing the drums. That balance of family life, creativity, and time outside reflects how he approaches his work: with patience, attention to detail, and an appreciation for craftsmanship.

At his core, Matt cares about the people he serves. He believes the sales process should feel consultative, not pressured, and that trust is earned through listening, education, and follow-through. His goal is to make sure every client feels confident in their decisions and supported from the first conversation through the final install.
