Top Rail Fence was an excellent choice, when it came time to replace our fence. Other contractors couldn't tell us if they even offered Vinyl Fences. Top Rail Fence with Ivan Palacios gave us the estimate and included quotes for other options. He was available for questions and was impressive enough to convince my next door neighbor to get the same fence. Our other neighbors now have "fence envy." Malachai Frye made sure the job was done right and kept us informed of all aspects of the installation. We live where we are on bedrock and this made some difficult digs for the post holes. Top Rail requires that all posts be 40" deep. This helps ensure the fence will remain stable. The crew worked long days and did an excellent job. I have attached photos of before and after. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence.

had a Vinyl fence installed by Malachi and team. They took longer than planned due to the issue of rocky soil, and digging more than what was planned. Malachi did a great job at explaining why things were taking longer than planned. Pricing was the best for installing our vinyl fence. I definitely recommend Top Rail Fence for great customer service, and keeping you informed about the project.

Malachi and the entire team at Top Rail Fence did a great job on all aspects of our fencing project. From the initial quote thru the many delays on our end, (not theirs) to the removal of old fence and installation of new fence. Top notch service, and professional work across the board. Entire back (8 foot) and side yards (6 foot) covered, along with a new gate, and just beautiful. Top notch quality and service. Had my entire fence redone about a year ago and then just recently had someone hit my fence with their car. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate as well as answer other questions. The guy even helped fix a small issue with my gates latch. Nothing but positive words for Top Rail! Malachi went above and beyond with all aspects of our new fence, working through delays from Dallas permitting to an issue with our existing retaining wall. Kept us constantly updated on work progress or any issue that arose. Was extremely respectful, work performed neatly and our new fence is beyond my expectations! Top Rail fencing is the way to go! I have approximately 1.1 acres of property with a large backyard. Our HOA required us to get a fence plan approved and installed within a month so we started our search and decided to go with Top Rail fencing. Our project manager Malachi was very responsive and timely with permits and scheduling. He also listened to what we wanted as far as design and made it a reality. The workers that came for the install moved very quickly while not sacrificing craftsmanship nor precision! They also made slight adjustments to the original plan to accommodate different objects like the AC unit on the exterior of our home. If you’re in the market for accuracy, craftsmanship, precision, and professionalism then look no further than Top Rail fencing!!! I promise you will not regret it.

We're very pleased with the new fence and with Malachi and team on installation at our Duncanville home. The fence was over 200 linear feet, and it has transformed our back yard. We're very happy with the finished product.

Malachi and his guys were so amazing! I recently had over 340 linear feet of fence installed in Cedar Hill, Tx. I also had bids from other contractors. Their bid fell in the middle BUT their transparency won me over. After getting other bids, I had educated myself on wood types, staining options, fence toppers and styles as well as fence post options. I was very very specific about my needs. The team accommodated every one of my requests. Malachi listened to me. During the initial meeting he answered questions before I asked them. He explained wood type options and pros and cons. A fence is an investment. It is a safety boundary for your property. It is also something that adds curb appeal. I could not invest in a fence I’d have to redo in 10 years. The wood I wanted (western red cedar) was exactly the wood he suggested. My property is level. He made sure that my fence was 100% level all the way around and even my rolling entry back gate. The hardware used for gates is extremely heavy. I love love love my fence. My neighbors love my fence. I suggest learning about fences, but you can rely on a genuine, transparent quote from a great group of individuals. I can’t recommend them enough. They will communicate effectively and earn your trust!!!! GREAT GREAT TEAM!!!
