Top Rail is Top Notch. They removed my old beat up fencing and replaced it with a durable and beautiful new Vinyl Fence that will surely outlast me. We had an excellent experience with Top Rail and the owners, Joe & Natalie. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and fast. Our fence looks amazing and completely exceeds our expectations. Joe was great to work with and clearly takes pride in what he does. Top Rail also worked quickly and diligently with our HOA (they can be a pain), and the actual work of putting up the fence was done within a day.
