Top Rail Fence recently completed our eighth fence installation in the Avondale at Avenir community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This project was for a young, growing family looking to enclose their backyard while meeting all HOA requirements. As required by the community guidelines, we installed a two-rail, 4 ft-tall black aluminum fence with two gates. Black aluminum is a durable, low-maintenance option that blends seamlessly with the neighborhood’s aesthetic while ensuring safety for kids and pets.
