Highly recommend Top Rail Fence. From the city permit to HOA approval, they were very quick and effective. Once everything was approved, I was scheduled for installation within a week and the team came out and installed nearly 200ft of white PVC in one day. Very pleased with their work and professionalism. Fran was the lead for the group and explained to me everything they would do before starting the project and kept me updated as they completed the job. Very professional and pleasant guy to work with.

Top Rail Fence did excellent, thorough, and quick work on a new fence installation. Shane is great as well as Franc and his entire crew. They showed up on time and did entire fence removal and installation of new fence in one day! Looks great and they were very responsive to questions and inspection after the job was completed.

Getting a fence in an HOA community is always a pain, but Fran and Shane were always on time, communicative, and thorough. We found this company by chance. They were amazing to work with. The Owner was hands on and was thoroughly involved in the process from the beginning to the end. We had some companies that did not want to take the job as it was not big enough for them. They worked with our existing fence and replaced the sections that were needed. They did not try to resell us anything.

Luckily, I found this company after I had checked out several other companies. Their prices are much more reasonable. I was going to get a wood fence first because it is much cheaper, but I found out that the white 6 ft vinyl fence is equal to or cheaper than a wood fence!!! I am so glad I got the white vinyl fence.
