We recently installed a cedar privacy fence at our rental property and working with Stephen and his crew was a great experience. He was careful to communicate all aspects and details of the project to his crew at the pre-work walkthrough, which I appreciated. Not only do we now have a functional fence, but we have a beautiful one! Stephen was responsive to the handful of things I wanted to have fixed and even did some of the work himself. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great product and fantastic customer service!

Top Rail installed my new fence and I couldn't be happier! They did a Top Notch job, they completed the job in one day, and having a bunch of dogs that was very important to me! I highly recommend them.

We had a wonderful experience working with Stephen at Top Rail Fence. We came to him with a somewhat unique vision for our fence, and while other contractors seemed hesitant or uninterested, Stephen was enthusiastic and ready to take it on. He did his homework, got on a few planning calls with us, and really listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Even though the initial build started while Stephen was out of town, he didn’t hesitate to pause the work once it was clear the crew wasn’t familiar with this type of design. He made sure the project stayed true to the vision—personally overseeing and even building much of it himself. The work was completed quickly, the materials are clearly high quality, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Stephen was also a pleasure to work with throughout—professional, responsive, and totally unfazed by our (admittedly frequent) feedback and requests. We’re thrilled with how it turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone looking for thoughtful, top-notch fence work.

Top Rail installed a hog panel cedar fence at the back of our property. It was a small project, but we feel it received that same attention as a larger project. The installation team was diligent, polite, professional and skilled. They identified a situation with the placement of a post and coordinated a workaround with us. The final product looks just as we hoped it would. We would definitely recommend Top Rail for your fencing needs.

I contacted Stephen West with Top Rail Fence after our entry to our farm lane was taken out by a car that skidded out of control on ice during our last snow storm.. Stephen was out here immediately after our insurance company gave us the go ahead to get estimates. Stephen kept in touch with us all through the process. Yesterday Adrian Hernandez started on the fence early in the morning and finished the repair at 4:30 PM yesterday .. The workmanship is amazing and we are thankful.
