Mike Chatel Gave me a fair estimate. The pricing was exactly in line with what I estimated. I purchased fencing 5 years ago and had to pick it up in Massachusetts, then hire a company to install it. Top Rail fence did everything and for a price I had estimated I would pay for fencing pickup (renting a box truck) and installation. The fence is an exact match to what I have and extended our existing fence. perfectly. I was very please at the service, on time installation and the finished job. As a bonus, When Mike made the appointment he was right on time all the time. and when he said installation would start it started on time.

Top Rail Fence saved us $3,700. We had another local fence company come out to take a look at our backyard double swinging gate and they told us that it was unrepairable as it stood and needed to be fully replaced. Luckily I called around and spoke w/ Mike at Top Rail Fence and he swung by one afternoon and let us know the repair would be quick, painless and would cost us practically nothing. Couldn't recommend this company more. If we ever have any fence/gate needs in the future they'll be our first call.

First met with Mike Chatel at my home. We had a good talk about the fencing I wanted, and then proceeded to talk about our dogs! I gained trust in Mike, and received a quote back from Top Rail in short order. I am so pleased with the results. The fence was installed in a day. The workers kept at it at a steady pace. I can't say enough about how happy we are the we picked Top Rail Fence to help us install our new fence! Mike and Ron were both wonderful to work with and their crew was excellent. Customer service was over the top!! Mike really cared about what our needs were and what he could do to help us get what worked best for us. From our first call to get an estimate to project completion, Mike @ Top Rail of Hartford was friendly, professional, and prompt. Our fence was installed in 2 days and Mike always communicated in a timely manner.
