I randomly called top rail fence because they had a very interactive website. I figured out what I needed from the Web page. Mike Chattle was out within four hours to my house. We figured out exactly what I needed. The price was better than any other fence company in the area, I feel that every person that worked with him was polite, clean, and they were done and basically one day! I 100% recommend this company for being that company that does what it says it’s gonna do, no hidden fees no pressure absolutely fantastic. Thanks Mike!

Cam and his team are awesome! We got estimates from a few different fence companies before meeting Cam and choosing Top Rail- they stood head and shoulders above the others. Not only were they the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced, they were the most professional crew, too. The job was done meticulously and surprisingly fast. When finished, they cleaned up in the blink of an eye and walked us thru everything they did to make sure we were fully satisfied. We are so happy with our new backyard!!

Throughout the whole process Mike was great. Had some timing issues on my end but was assured the whole time that when I was ready they were. Communication was great and and when it was time they got it done in one day. Not only do I love it but I think the pups love it even more!!

Such a great experience with Top Rail! Ron was incredibly helpful, even through my million questions and re-configurations on our fence. The scheduling was easy and quick given the busy-ness of the season, if you need a fence in the area I cannot recommend Top Rail enough.

Last week we replaced an old wooden fence in our backyard with a new vinyl fence. Our experience starting with Mike followed by the installers and Ron was first rate. From getting the estimate to installation was very prompt and professional. We love our fence and highly recommend Top Rail Fence.

Mike and his installers did an excellent job. The process was very quick and easy. No one tried to upsell us, Mike gave me a quote for what I asked for. Other companies tried to trick us into more expensive options that were unnecessary.

Great fence install. Our Great Danes couldn’t be happier. Professional company, they take their time on installs, and they follow through on what they say they are going to do. 0% micro-management required in terms of having to ask, “when’s the materials going to be delivered?” “After materials are delivered , when are you starting?” “How long” Top Rail Fence Hartford communicates this all before you have to ask. Great job Cameron. You gave me the assurance needed to make the investment in your company.

Top Rail Fence did an excellent installation job of a sloped vinyl fence on my property today. I could not be happier! Stop your fence project search! Top Rail Fence did a wonderful job from start to finish with our vinyl fence installation. Out of 5 estimates, Top Rail stood out on top because of the time taken to explain our project and give us options for different fence designs. We have a small lot and it was important to us to maintain an open feel. Mike did an outstanding job reassuring the final outline and gate installation over our paver patio the day of install. Our pups are now safe to play in our backyard and we couldn’t be happier! We would recommend Top Rail for sure!!
