Top Rail and their employees made this a great experience all around and operated in a very professional manner. Vince quickly connected with me to schedule an estimate. During the estimate, Vince walked through the back yard to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted in our new fence. We had some trees obstructing the fence line, and Vince provided excellent advice and how we could navigate this. The morning of the install, the crew introduced themselves and performed a walk through and confirmed what we were wanting. The crew was able to tear down, haul away our old fence, and install the entire new fence within 2 days. After the fence was completed, Vince connected with me to ensure that we were happy with the work. We highly recommend Top Rail! The team was easy to work with, offered a fair price, and had great communication throughout the fence buying experience!

After finally getting approval from our HOA,everything went smoothly.Heather and Dave were very helpful to us ,keeping us informed on every detail.Len&Chris were very professional in their work,informing me of everything involved with the job .I would recommend Top Rail to everyone I know that needs a fence.

We had a vinyl fence with black metal gates installed. From the beginning, David's and Heather's suggestions were right on point. Lenny was the installer and every detail was covered. He went above and beyond with making sure we were happy. He came back to address one minor issue and made everything perfect. The price David quoted us was very reasonable. He did not try to upcharge us like other companies try to. We have nothing but amazing things to say because it was a great experience working with Top Rail Fence.

Nate came out to my home back in October and did measurements for fence installation. At that time we talked and he fully explained how the fence would be installed and the best way to do it. I was very impressed with his knowledge and easy going personality..with no pressure for a sale. Finally, on December 12th..he and his staff..of two arrived before 8am and by 10:50am; they had the posts up/and cement set...and the job was completed! I was impressed how they worked so efficiently even with the temperature so cold @26 degrees..and snow on the ground. All the time, Nate took the time to fully explained to me the "how and why" of the installation process. His workers also were very professional and efficient getting the job done. I plan to use Nate and his company again..next Spring without a doubt. For I highly recommend his company to anyone that needs good quality and professional fence installation. Having his company do the job was a great experience!

I couldn't recommend Top Rail enough! Kristen went above and beyond, coordinating with both our HOA president and the city to ensure that our fence met all the necessary specifications. There were lots of hoops to jump through and she made it so easy for us! The installation crew was so efficient and kind, completing our fence in just a little over a day. They kept things clean and even made sure to move all the landscaping rock back into place when they were done!

Very professional and reasonably priced. Had two different projects done with top rail, wood privacy and vinyl coated chain link. Joseph in particular is very nice and easy to work with. Good communication and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. They also make sure you’re happy with the fence before paying the remainder of the bill, which I appreciated. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a fence in the Chattanooga area.

Mike Chatel Gave me a fair estimate. The pricing was exactly in line with what I estimated. I purchased fencing 5 years ago and had to pick it up in Massachusetts, then hire a company to install it. Top Rail fence did everything and for a price I had estimated I would pay for fencing pickup (renting a box truck) and installation. The fence is an exact match to what I have and extended our existing fence. perfectly. I was very please at the service, on time installation and the finished job. As a bonus, When Mike made the appointment he was right on time all the time. and when he said installation would start it started on time.

They did an excellent job & I will recommend this company to my family & friends-thank you soooo much!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Top Rail Fencing. From the very first interaction to the final installation, the entire process was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Heather was fantastic with scheduling and timelines. She consistently checked in, clearly answered all my questions, and made the payment process and receipts incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication set the tone for the entire experience. David came out to measure and help design my fence, and I immediately felt at ease with him. He connected with me right away by recognizing our shared tie to Atlanta, GA (I was wearing my Falcons baseball hat), which made the experience feel personal from the start. More importantly, he truly listened to my concerns and actually put them on paper. David checked in multiple times—first to confirm the build timeline and again to make sure the materials had been delivered. He even went above and beyond by recommending a specific product to clean the siding on my house. That extra care really stood out. I already knew Len’s work firsthand, which ultimately sealed the deal for me. I was already leaning toward Top Rail based on my research, but when David mentioned that Len would be the installer, I knew without question that I was choosing Top Rail—even after receiving two other quotes. Len previously did an excellent job installing a tile floor in my sunroom after the original builder made serious mistakes. Watching how meticulous and detail-oriented he was with that project, I never doubted the quality of his work. He does not cut corners, and it absolutely shows. Chris also deserves special recognition. My mom commented on how hard he worked all day, digging through the hard clay in my yard and not stopping until the job was done. His work ethic was impressive. Throughout the entire process, the team felt truly cohesive. Even though I knew they were juggling other fences and customers, the time, care, and attention they gave me made me feel like I was their only customer. When I got home from work and saw the fence for the first time, my immediate reaction was, “It’s so beautiful.” I walked around in awe of both the quality and the appearance. I had pictured something like plastic fencing from a big-box store, but this was on an entirely different level. Even my neighbor stopped by to ask Len and Chris about the fence’s durability and performance in high winds—and he was clearly impressed. (I suspect a future Top Rail customer!) I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful this experience was and how happy I am, but I’ll end with this: If you are considering installing a fence, you could not ask for a better team to go through the process with than Top Rail Fencing. Highly recommend!
