The entire experience was easy and stress free. While working with Anthony was great, installation day is really where Top Rail won. They were efficient, clean, and incredibly patient with my ADHD kid who would not stop following the team around asking them questions and telling them stories. Everyone was so kind and communicative. 10/10 love Top Rail

I am VERY pleased with my fence, and my dogs LOVE it! Everything went smooth, and great. Just was a little disappointed with the follow up after the installation. No one checked to see if any concerns or issues. Kinda felt not so important after spending over 7k on my fence.

I had a small section of fence and gate replaced. Out of 5 companies contacted, they were the only one to return my call (within 30 minutes). They gave me all the information and gave me an estimate that was very readinable. The workers showed up as scheduled and when fished, I could barely tell they had been except for my new fence. Very professional company.

I had a really great experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the crew worked incredibly fast while still paying attention to details. They explained measurements and layout clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the fence already feels very sturdy and well-built. Even with weather/rain delays, they kept things moving and came back to make sure everything was completed correctly instead of rushing through it. I also appreciated that they were patient with all my questions during the install process. The finished fence looks clean, straight, and completely transformed the yard. Overall, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I can definitely see why they have such strong reviews already.

They did an amazing job installing our black vinyl coated chain link fence with tension wire. They even did a great job putting up with me when I was in a bad mood about something else, which is no small task. I highly recommend Top Rail.

From the moment their representative came to our home to discuss the process until completion; I was pleased and felt as if we were in good hands. These guys are amazing. Very professional while still being personable. No one else could even come out and look at my fence, much less get me on the schedule for almost 2 months. I explained to these guys that my neighbor was selling their house and we needed it done ASAP. They were here the same week, gave me an amazing quote and less than 2 weeks later we have a new fence. Can't recommend these guys more. Thank you so much, I'll be calling you again when it's time to replace the rest of my fence because I know it will be done right

I just had a fantastic experience with Top Rail fence company. I met with Mark Johns ,the owner and had a great first contact and conversation about the fence that I required. And it was a excellent choice. After I decided to go ahead,Lisa Johns the co-owner, took care of everything for the job. She kept me aprised out the permitting process and I just had to wait for my install day. She was able to get me an earlier day and I am completely blown away by the amazing look of my cedar fence. Mark was here first thing and walked me through the process and his crew was first rate. They got right to work and it looks flawless. Top Rail fence company delivered on everything Mark promised and he has the best workmanship guarantee policy of any of the companies that I got estimates from. Six in total. If you are considering a fence project START by contacting Top Rail fence company, will be glad you did. I certainly am . I worked with Brad getting the quote on place. He was awesome to work with! H3 walked us through process, there were no surprises.. Jorge and and the install team was awesome as well.
