Lisa and Mark started Top Rail Fence Naperville because they knew from their own personal experience of installing a fence prior, there was a need for a quality, timely, professional, fence company in the Naperville area. And it is their goal to provide just that. Lisa has been a stay-at-home wife, and mom, with their daughter but she hopes to combine her business administration degree with Mark’s 30-plus years of construction experience and provide Naperville and surrounding areas the impeccable service that Top Rail Fence provides.
