2025---I had a vinyl fence stalled by Top Rail fence. The installers did a great job & tidied up the yard when finished today. Very warm out today but all worked very hard. Posts down 36 inches, gravel to base of post as can be very wet in spring. Mixed concrete for post holes. Fence top quality. Mark & Lisa great to work with. 2026---I had a privacy cedar fence installed by Top Rail fence to the townhome side of the yard. I had metal posts already from the old fence which were able to be reused as very sturdy. The fence matches the vinyl fence and looks great. It will be stained in a couple months allowing the cedar to dry so the stain is applied correctly. The installers were great. The rotted end posts and gates were changed to metal posts, hoping for years of stability. It is beautiful! Highly recommended.

Top Rail Fence is THE BEST! Mark and Lisa were a great team to work with when we needed to replace our old fence. Mark’s team removed the old fence and installed a new privacy fence a little closer to the property line to be inline with our chain link fence. We are really happy with our fence. Great customer service from everyone I spoke with and the installation crew, great. I watched them double and triple check posts. For someone with ocd, very reassuring! I wish it was this easy to hire for other jobs lol 😆

Mark and his crew were amazing! They did an outstanding job on our 6 foot vinyl privacy fence install including two custom gates. They also completely removed our old fence including buried posts and concrete. He worked with our sloping driveway and un-level lot line to keep the fence flush all around. Top Rail was the most reasonably priced, they offered the highest quality durable vinyl with a 50 year warranty, did an awesome job on our gates, were on time and thoughtfully listened to and took into consideration all of our concerns.
