We recently had our fence installed with Top Rail and are very happy with the final result. The fence looks beautiful and has completely transformed our backyard. Throughout the process, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. After installation, I noticed a small crack/chip on the gate. It was primarily a cosmetic issue and didn't affect the function or structural integrity of the fence, but I brought it to their attention. Mark addressed it right away, he was attentive to our concerns and promptly sent his crew out to make the repair, which we greatly appreciated. It's reassuring to work with a company that stands behind its work and takes care of any issues that arise. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality fencing and excellent customer service.

We are really happy with our fence. Great customer service from everyone I spoke with and the installation crew, great. I watched them double and triple check posts. For someone with ocd, very reassuring! I wish it was this easy to hire for other jobs lol 😆

Mark and his crew were amazing! They did an outstanding job on our 6 foot vinyl privacy fence install including two custom gates. They also completely removed our old fence including buried posts and concrete. He worked with our sloping driveway and un-level lot line to keep the fence flush all around. Top Rail was the most reasonably priced, they offered the highest quality durable vinyl with a 50 year warranty, did an awesome job on our gates, were on time and thoughtfully listened to and took into consideration all of our concerns. I just had a fantastic experience with Top Rail fence company. I met with Mark Johns ,the owner and had a great first contact and conversation about the fence that I required. And it was a excellent choice. After I decided to go ahead,Lisa Johns the co-owner, took care of everything for the job. She kept me aprised out the permitting process and I just had to wait for my install day. She was able to get me an earlier day and I am completely blown away by the amazing look of my cedar fence. Mark was here first thing and walked me through the process and his crew was first rate. They got right to work and it looks flawless. Top Rail fence company delivered on everything Mark promised and he has the best workmanship guarantee policy of any of the companies that I got estimates from. Six in total. Fast, Friendly, Affordable!! This company is amazing! We had a large fence installed in our back yard. Mark showed up early to measure the property line and the about 6 or 7 guys showed up with the materials ready to work. It took them one day to install. The workers were very meticulous with the job. Every measurement and leveling of the fence was done perfectly. The cement was buried so you don’t see any under the posts. Highly recommend this company!

Top Tail Fence was a great company to work with. There were professional, handled all the details including permits and provided us with a beautiful fence.

We lost our fence due to high winds in November. Top Rail estimated the ground would hopefully be thawed by April. To our great surprise Top Rail contacted us in March to schedule an install date. Which tells me they considered our needs a priority as the weather was mild. Their staff was very efficient, professional and friendly. Install was beautifully crafted and complete in one day!
