Beyond thrilled with our new fence! Mark was extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding everything in the process. The crew that installed our fence was also very easy to work with and did a great job at installing the fence efficiently as well as cleaning up after themselves once the job was done. The fence looks amazing and exceeded our expectations. Our neighbors have even said they are now considering a fence because of how great ours looks. I was very happy with Top Rail from the first contact through completion of my fence. Mark and Lisa were communicative and easy to work with, answering my questions, helping me with pros and cons of different fence types, and keeping in touch between the time of estimate and time of installation. The price was fair and the fence looks great. Highly recommended.

Top Rail recently put in a cedar fence for us. We were very happy with how it turned out. The estimate was straightforward and spot on. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. I had a vinyl fence stalled by Top Rail fence today. The installers did a great job & tidied up the yard when finished today. Very warm out today but all worked very hard. Posts down 36 inches, gravel to base of post as can be very wet in spring. Mixed concrete for post holes. Fence top quality. Mark & Lisa great to work with. Highly recommended.

We checked out the reviews on Mark Johns Top Rail Fence before we contacted them. The reviews were impressive! Our experience in working with Mark and Lisa only confirmed the accuracy of those reviews. They are very honest, hardworking, efficient, adaptable and get the job completed as quickly as possible. They promptly addressed any concerns and questions that we had. We are extremely satisfied that we had them replace our old cedar wood shadow box fence with a new one, and we will be using their staining services to extend the useful life of our new wood fence. We just had our new vinyl fence installed by Top Rail Fence. The fence looks great! The price was very reasonable. Top Rail must really take care of their workers because the crew were friendly, very thorough, and took their time and didn't rush. The owners were also very patient as I asked a million questions prior to purchase. Highly recommend!

Top Rail Fence did an amazing job on our yard. From the initial meet up to the install they were constant professionals. Their prices were reasonable, they offered staining, and they made sure to take care of our yard and plants as they worked. Our neighbors got one of those hideous vinyl fences and their team damaged our bushes and yard while they installed. They did not care about where they stomped. So when we decided to get a fence to cover up their monstrosity we vetted quite a few places and top rail seemed like the best. They proved that was the case 10 times over. They did a stunning job and I have already recommended them to all my neighbors.

Mark explained all of the options available. We had 3 other quotes and the material Mark presented exceeds any other that we were shown. He heard what we wanted and made it happen. His crew was very professional and timely. They were very cautious to not damage any landscaping.

My existing wooden fence was very old, and recently was damaged by high winds during a storm, so we finally decided to replace it. Top Rail did a very good job removing the old fence and replacing with a new vinyl one. Mark, the owner, was often at our place making sure the crew did a good job and was always in contact with me to inform us of the status of the job, which took two days to complete, between demolishing and carrying away the old fence and putting the new one in place. They also found an error from the supplier who provided a wrongly sized double gate, so they had to come back to remove the wrong one and replacing it after it was fixed. Mark did the job by himself in the same day. He came down on a Saturday to do so. Overall, this was a big job, over 250 foot long fence, covering the whole backyard and sides of the house, and it was executed well. If I ever need more fencing jobs, I will certainly rehire them, and I will also suggest the same company to all my friends.
