Great company! highly recommend! They worked with us on the fence design and many changes we had. We needed a fence completed on the day of closing and they made it happen! William and his team are the best!

We had our fence install completed yesterday. We are thrilled with our fence! Great product; great price. But more than the product was the Top Notch customer service! From our initial contact with Anna, to our install updates with Andrew, and install with Michael, we felt cared for every step of the way. Communication was great; all of our questions were answered. We had our fence installed yesterday and we are very pleased. Terry and Ben were wonderful to work with. They made the process easy for us with timely replies and knowledgeable answers to all of our questions. The crew were friendly, hard working, professional and tidy. Best of all, our fences are beautiful. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

My husband called the company for a free quote and when we got a cheaper quote for the sides of our fence, plus a gate, we knew we couldn't say no. Gabriel was patient with us, especially when we had to reschedule the install once. Rodney and his team were so quick and efficient with their work. I thought it would take 3 days with how much needed to be done but it took 2 days and they did such an amazing job. I highly recommend if you want a good quote and quality work!

David and Heather have been very professional and helpful through the entire process. When the installation of the fence by Chris and Lenny was done quickly and with attention to detail. They were professional and wanted to make sure we are happy with all they were doing. I would highly recommend this entire team to install and walk you thru the process with no stress.

Top Rail is Top Notch. They removed my old beat up fencing and replaced it with a durable and beautiful new Vinyl Fence that will surely outlast me. They took care of everything from start to finish from site plans, permits, and installation. I have recommended Top Rail to all my friends and neighbors.

Like many others, my fence was blown down during the recent December wind event, and it was already well past its useful life. I received multiple bids, but Top Rail not only came in as the most competitive—they also offered the most premium materials, including 3/4" cedar pickets and galvanized steel posts, to better withstand future weather. Kristen was fantastic to work with—responsive, professional, and quick to answer every call and email. David and his crew were equally impressive on-site, completing roughly 230 feet of fencing in just two days. When I asked for an adjustment to the gate handle height, they came back out and fixed it the very next business day without hesitation. Outstanding service from start to finish. I can’t recommend Top Rail enough—A+ experience.

Our fence fell downand so I sent out a bunch of requests for quotes to fix it. Top fence was the first to respond and the lowest by FAR. They did a quote from the computer without having to come out to our place, and the final total didn't deviate from that at all! They showed up, replaced our entire section in a few hours and were gone. Very easy. However, what really stuck out, was that this morning, we noticed that our fence gate latch, which had been broken for months, and was on the other side of the house from where the work was being done, had been fixed by the guys doing the fence. They never had to do that. It wasn't part of the quote, and I never even mentioned it to them. But under their own initiatve, they fixed it up for us, and those little things stand out massively! On top of all of that, the fence looks GREAT! So I guess if you're looking for a great fence, for less than the competitors, with service that goes above and beyond, they're who you want. I've got 3 more sides to this fence and I won't be reaching out to anyone else to replace those.
