Top Rail Fence C'ville put in a 6-foot fence for me. The fence looks great! I had one small objection to an area where the fence intersected with an existing fence. The workers went back and created a fix that looks really good! Colin and Charlie, who did the estimate and scheduled the fence, were wonderful--attention to detail, very efficient, and very personable. Also, everything was communicated clearly--the estimate, the schedule for the fence installation, and a phone call when the workers were on their way. The workers also took out an old fence and arranged for a dumpster to haul it away. I was pleased with the way the work was supervised by Colin, and I am pleased with the quality of the fence. I would gladly recommend the company.

Just had Top Rail Fence put in a new vinyl fence and we're really happy with it! Got three quotes, and the guy who came out for the initial quote and site inspection paid way more attention to detail than the other two — walked the whole property, really took his time. They also came in with the best price, so it felt like an easy choice. The install crew was great too — really knew what they were doing and clearly cared about getting the details right. No cut corners, no rushed work. End result speaks for itself — the fence looks awesome and we've already had neighbors complimenting it. Would definitely recommend these guys if you're in the market for a fence.

I wanted a dog run for my two boxers and we got three quotes. Cam came out and was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. We decided on this company because they have outstanding reviews and I’m glad we did, the crew came out and my fence was finished that day. I saw just a few small things that needed adjusting and when they called I told them and it was no problem the next day Mike came out and fixed the problem. My dogs are happy and safe, if you need a quality fence at an affordable price with the best customer service then this is your company.

I had an excellent experience working with Ginna at Top Rail Fence! She went above and beyond to help me locate replacement pickets for my existing fence. The fence was installed by the previous owners of the company, and a few pickets were damaged by a lawnmower, so I reached out to see if replacements could be found. Ginna took the time to trace the original source of the pickets, contact the manufacturer, and arrange for replacement pieces to be ordered. She spent a considerable amount of time coordinating back and forth with the manufacturer to ensure the correct items were identified and ordered, acting as a liaison between me and the manufacturer without expecting anything in return. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and friendly. Her willingness to help and commitment to customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence, not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service!
