Decent experience, no issues. Super easy and convenient!

Top Rail Fence was chosen by two of my neighbors and myself to replace our old fences. They were done quickly and everyone look so nice. Good company to do your fence, and they follow up to be sure you're satisfied.

Amazing service! Best quote of 4 fence companies by 2 grand, and the only company that could do 145 feet of fence in one day with a 2 man crew. Took down the old fence, ensured all posts and connections where good and properly spaced, installed new fencing, cleaned the work area, and took old fence away. Crew was on time and finished early. Workmanship was excellent and safe. No problems, no excuses. Top Rail is the only fence company I'll use for future fence projects. Strongly recommend Top Rail! Job well done.

Great communication and fair pricing relative to other options. Only aspect I was taken aback by, was I got a pre-stained cedar fence for longevity but the company put pin crossmembers without telling me that would be the case, which seems to defeat the point of using cedar to begin with.

Top rail estimate was not the cheapest but not near the most expensive. They got there and removed the old fence and installed the posts in day one. They showed me the new post were 3ft. In concrete. After drying 24hrs. They began installing new fence. First thing I noticed was the quality of materials. The new post were much thicker walled steel. And the wood already stained appeared furniture grade. Bottom line The finished product is awesome. I'm totally pleased. Great people, great materials used and first class finished job. Str8 as an arrow. Highly recommend. More than happy with the price now. Best looking fence on my street.

Shane and the team were fantastic from start to finish. Really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions along the way. Communication was great too. The team worked hard through the notorious Texas heat to complete the job. Very happy with the end result. Highly recommend them.

Installed fencing in the historic district of downtown McKinney. Due to the Historic building requirements, this was a bit of a challenge, but James was successful in navigating the strict requirements and obtaining a permit. He built a fence exactly what we needed very quickly. I would recommend his services. Excellent communications and did what he said he would do in a timely manner with a quality Job.
