If I could give Bob and the Top Rail Fence Team 10 stars I would, as I had an exceptional experience getting my 6 foot partial privacy fence installed along the back of our property line. Bob is very down to earth and personable. Really nice guy. I got an appt for a quote next day, and he did not disappoint. He took time to answer all of my questions and offered me the best price, by far, compared to two other companies. Once I had my HOA approval, Tanner got us scheduled for installation very quickly and was always very responsive via email. Hercules and his crew completed the installation quickly and did an amazing job. Thank you Bob and Top Rail Team!

Using Top Rail Fencing was one of the best choices I have made. I had Lowe’s install another section of fencing a few years ago and their quality of work is not even close to Top Rail Fencing. I was so impressed with the quality of their work I am asking them to return and quote us on fixing the work that Lowe’s and their subcontractor did.

I couldn't recommend Top Rail more highly. Andy was great to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. He also went through the hassle of getting city permits on our behalf - one less thing for us to worry about! We got quotes from 3 different companies and Top Rail came back with the most competitive pricing and also provided the option of putting the fence up picket by picket instead of pre-fabricated sections, which we really wanted with our slightly uneven ground in the backyard. They came quickly to give us a quote, the turnaround on the quote and design was incredibly quick and easy to navigate, and they answered all our questions efficiently. We had over 400 feet of fence to put up and they were done in about a day and a half. Everyone that came to put up our fence was respectful of our property and worked hard - it was amazing to see it go up! Mitch walked around with my husband after installation to make sure everything was done to our liking and was receptive to feedback. We've already recommended Top Rail to our neighbors too! We highly recommend Chad and Top Rail Fence! Chad is very responsive and goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered and provides input and solutions to any design challenges. He is professional, courteous, and genuine. His timing, warranty, and cost were top winners for us, and of course we just liked Chad. Great guy all around! You won't be disappointed with him and his team's work. We had over 200 feet of linear feet of six-foot privacy fence installed with three gates. We love it!

Amazing customer service.

Top Rail Fence did a great job installing an 8 ft. fence around my backyard including a small 4 ft. fence around the pool equipment/filter. Great service from Jack Shannon, owner of Top Rail Fence. I have used Top Rail Fence twice in the past three years, once at work and once at my house. Great work at a great price. If you need a fence, I highly recommend Top Rail Fence.
