Tanner did a wonderful job in helping me to design our fence - he has a great aesthetic and was a joy to work with. Also, the bid was about 25% less than the other companies and it looks beautiful! Now Beau (our new rescue dog) has a nice, big, beautifully fenced backyard to play in.

We experienced a few weather-related delays, but Tanner, the operations manager, maintained excellent communication throughout and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We always felt informed and confident that our project was in good hands. The Top Rail work crew was amazing! They worked incredibly fast the day of, were friendly, and the craftsmanship of our fence will last for years to come. Our family is so grateful to Top Rail Fence Richmond for giving us a beautiful backyard that is safe and enjoyable for our little ones and dogs. Brent and his team are incredible. Brent came in for an estimate and I had an idea in my head as to what I wanted. He showed me other options that were more cost effective, and looked great. His GM showed up early to lay out the fence with me, and when the crew showed up with the supplies…they tore into it. The fence was built with both precision and strength.
