Top Rail did a great job on the first phase of a fence replacement project from my HOA. Timely, efficient, and great quality.

I had 3 estimates done and all three were competitive. I selected another company, honestly said, with my heart and after telling Top Rail no, my choice started changing the payment methods and it became uncomfortable so I fired them. I immediately called Top Rail and they said yes in a flash. They were extremely kind in setting up an install date and updated along the way. Started on time, finished on time, and they left the area clean and show ready. They are a true FIVE STAR company and I could not be happier.

We had a section of Picket fence and 100 Feet of split rail fence installed. They used top grade materials and top grade workmanship, and left the area neat. It all looks good, just what we wanted. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

I met with Dave the owner and agreed on a price. Jose and his helper came out when my job was scheduled and did an outstanding job!!! The communications were on point and we are extremely satisfied with everything. I've already recommended them to several of my neighbors. I urge you to give them a call for any fence needs!!!

It was impossible not to give this team 5 stars. From start to finish, they were professional, hardworking, and efficient. They completed our fence quickly without sacrificing quality and were very attentive to our requests and preferences. The workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable fencing company.

First I will say the work, once done to how I expected and asked it to be, was great. The contractors were very nice and their workmanship speaks for itself. I also think that for this company to be rather large, their estimate was VERY competitive. Lastly, I was very grateful they took over a job a previous contractor started and basically abandoned. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the way some miscommunication was handled. The salesman was very nice and communicative all the way up to when my fence was almost done and it wasn’t done correctly. During the estimation, I expressed that I wanted a step grade style because of the unevenness and because I had future plans to concrete my backyard. Unfortunately, this detail was not included in my contract so when the contractors went to build, they built it as a slope without confirming with me. This caused a bit of tension because the operations manager tried to charge me $700 to fix a mistake that was seemingly not on me. At this time, the salesman went quiet after some back-and-forth and stating that the contract did not say either way, so the contractor should’ve asked, the company agreed to fix the fence with no cost to me. While I appreciate that, I don’t appreciate how any of it was handled as I had already when through hell with a previous fence contractor. I’m also not thrilled in that after all of that, and after the link to pay the rest of the balance, no one reached out to make sure that the work is satisfactory. So would I recommend them? Yes. But make sure every detail about your fence and the style is documented in your contract and also confirm with the crew that comes out prior to them starting.

Excellent company! From the quote to the install everyone was professional, prompt, and courteous. Quality of the product and build is top notch!
