We had an aluminum fence installed with two gates, 1 small and 1 large double-gate. Planning was smooth and pleasant. Work crew was easy to work with and considerate. Best part is the work was done beautifully, just as expected. Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit is the best by far, I think.

Top rail fence did an AMAZING job on our vinyl privacy fence. It really couldn’t have been a better experience. We got a few different quotes and I did a lot of research on vinyl fencing. I read that it’s important to get aluminum inserts in the vinyl fence to make sure it is sturdy (especially with the crazy storms we’ve been having). I asked the other quoters if they did that and they said no. I actually forgot to ask Frank if he did the inserts and was ecstatic to see it on the quote without me asking! That shows me that they care about your fence lasting a long time. We got the quote super quickly, and Frank was quick to answer all my questions. They handled all of the stuff with the permits and Miss Dig on their own. The cost was very reasonable and they provided updates on where everything was at. On the installation date, everything went perfect! The team was super friendly and had us do a walkthrough before and after to make sure everything was right. The craftsmanship they did here was top tier and our neighbors are already wanting to get their fences done by Top Rail. If you’re looking for a top quality fence that’s made to last with a small business that is kind and passionate about what they do, Top Rail the place to get your fence!!

It was a wonderful experience to work with Frank and Victor. From the time we reached out to Top Rail for an estimate until the time the job was completed, the process was smooth and easy. Frank was extremely approachable and addressed all our concerns, inquiries, and requests. We always received timely responses and Frank was transparent regarding the status of our project. I recently had the pleasure of working with Top Rail Fence. I had my old fence completely removed and replaced, and the team handled everything, from permits to materials to installation. Frank was incredibly responsive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The installation crew worked quickly and finished the job in 2 days. The new fence looks really good.

I am a newish homeowner and my fence needed to be completely torn down and replaced. I researched a few companies and some seemed a bit off but I finally came across Top Rail Fence. I read a bunch of reviews and heard about this guy Frank and how wonderful he is. Then it was my turn! I have been in contact with Frank and he is so responsive any time, any day. They also take care of everything from pulling permits, ordering the lumber, calling Miss Dig. They made this process so painless. I was quoted that my fence would be ready in 6-8 weeks and it was done in about 3!! Frank even called me at 6:30 am to let me know the fence wood was being delivered and to make sure I could get my car out of my garage so I wasn’t blocked in when they dropped the wood in my driveway. Then came the gentlemen who installed my fence. They were so polite, kind, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did such a great job with my fence. I am very happy with it. Top Rail is also super competitive on price. Great quality for great price. I will recommend Frank and his crew to anyone looking for a fence in metro Detroit. Thank you guys!!
