We were really happy with the job completed by Top Rail Fence, Northern Detroit. Frank, the owner, was great to work with and the installers were timely, neat and professional. We replaced an old chainlink fence with a vinyl privacy fence and it looks perfect!

The whole process with Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit went smoothly start to finish for my new vinyl privacy fence, replacing a rusty old chain link fence. The owner came out to put the vinyl fence plan in place, ordered the materials, set an install date, materials were delivered the day before the install date. The install date needed to be changed do to wildfire smoke, which I expected to happen and was glad to see the owner looking out for his team's health. The fence was installed today, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. They did a great job. It was clear that the install team were knowledgeable about every aspect of the work. Plus, they were professional, respectful and friendly. I'd gotten an estimate from a different company also, and Top Rail Fence was significantly lower, and from what I can tell, still maintaining high standards. I HIGHLY recommend Top Rail Fence. My son and DIL also used Top Rail Fence for their new vinyl privacy fence two years ago. Their fence still looks brand new. It bares repeating, highly recommend Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit.

Top Rail Fence does tremendous work. Not only did they do spot on work for our 0.73 acre property, 6 foot black chain link fence. But they stuck through a tough situation with us. Upon buying our new home, we discovered there was an easement (petroleum line) running through our property. Initial feedback was no fencing allowed, which was not acceptable with our pittie mix. We were able to work with Top Rail and the energy company to allow the fencing in the end. I appreciate they stuck around and did an amazing job for us.

We recently had a privacy fence installed, and the results exceeded our expectations. The crew was professional, worked efficiently, and left the yard looking great when they finished.

The best... initial discussions with Frank.. Great guy.. We set scope of work .. this was followed up by an online estimate/payment scheme... Frank does what he says he will do. Impeccable. Work started within a couple days of the start estimate... The crew.. simply the best.. perfection.. friendly, skilled...they started at 8am (7am the second day lol) (they are NOT the roll in about 10am lazy crew) they removed 255 feet of 39 year old cedar fence, new post holes, leveled, installed new in methodical fashion..... cleaned up ... everything perfect.. took 2 Days!! .. 5 Star !! I have another property that I have asked Frank to take a look at !!

I was very pleased with the results of my vinyl fence installation by Top Rail Northern Detroit. The owner Frank always kept me updated on dates and any extra detail that needed to be addressed. Also the work crew supervised by Jose were professional and efficient. Plus not only does my new fence look great but I appreciate the fact the crew did a thorough clean up. They did an amazing job installing our black vinyl coated chain link fence with tension wire. They even did a great job putting up with me when I was in a bad mood about something else, which is no small task. I highly recommend Top Rail.

WOW! I can't stop looking at my beautiful new fence! This crew expertly boxed around trees and roots that were grown into a chain link fence, which was labor-intensive.
