The best... initial discussions with Frank.. Great guy.. We set scope of work .. this was followed up by an online estimate/payment scheme... Frank does what he says he will do. Impeccable. Work started within a couple days of the start estimate... The crew.. simply the best.. perfection.. friendly, skilled...they started at 8am (7am the second day lol) (they are NOT the roll in about 10am lazy crew) they removed 255 feet of 39 year old cedar fence, new post holes, leveled, installed new in methodical fashion..... cleaned up ... everything perfect.. took 2 Days!! .. 5 Star !! I have another property that I have asked Frank to take a look at !!

I was very pleased with the results of my vinyl fence installation by Top Rail Northern Detroit. The owner Frank always kept me updated on dates and any extra detail that needed to be addressed. Also the work crew supervised by Jose were professional and efficient. Plus not only does my new fence look great but I appreciate the fact the crew did a thorough clean up. I definitely would recommend hiring Top Rail Northern Detroit for fence installation.

They did an amazing job installing our black vinyl coated chain link fence with tension wire. They even did a great job putting up with me when I was in a bad mood about something else, which is no small task. I highly recommend Top Rail.

WOW! I can't stop looking at my beautiful new fence! This crew expertly boxed around trees and roots that were grown into a chain link fence, which was labor-intensive. Fence turned out great! Frank did a good job communicating what to expect, and kept me informed before, during and after the project. He thoroughly clarified what our requests were and responded in a timely manner to my questions. The crew was respectful of the property and had me walk around the full length of the yard to answer questions, explain changes in slope and made sure I was satisfied. Even made sure I knew how the new latch worked. Materials seem high quality as well. The fence was installed evenly all the way around. I wont hesitate to recommend Top Rail -Northern Detroit and Frank and his crew. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

We had an aluminum fence installed with two gates, 1 small and 1 large double-gate. Planning was smooth and pleasant. Work crew was easy to work with and considerate. Best part is the work was done beautifully, just as expected. Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit is the best by far, I think.
