Our neighbors used them and had and issue. They were right out to fix it. We seen the service that was provided, were impressed. We hired them to do ours. Having witnessed several fences damaged by wind i was concerned with that. After talking with the salesman we concluded that the posts should be reinforced. It cost a little extra but its piece of mind in the long run.

They did a great job, from a speedy estimate to finishing the fence. The crew that installed the fence did a great job, they were very thorough about dealing with some structural issues with where we wanted the fence. Overall very pleased with this company.

Steve and Cody went above and beyond beyond to give us a new fence. They were both professional and fun and didn’t mind me kibitzing. Even hauled away all the old broken fence and a dead tree stump. Top customer service from top Rail Fence, that deserve recognition. The J-Bolt on my backyard gate had broken, so I emailed Cody to ask if they might have a spare part I could purchase for replacement. To my surprise, the very next day, the team showed up to my house, without me even asking. And not only brought the part but replaced and fixed the gate for me on the spot. That level of proactive service and care is truly rare these days. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fencing services. Thanks again.

As soon as I called in to learn more about the company, I was immediately wowed by the level of sincerity by the person who helped get my quote scheduled. Everyone I encountered there was awesome, and I’m happy to say that I now have the best looking fence on the block! Efficient, timely, sincere and effective.

*** IMPORTANT....PLEASE ALSO READ MY SECOND RESPONSE AFTER TOP RAIL RESPONDED TO MY FIRST. I HAD MADE A MISTAKE... My 1st response was) Initially excellent service. Quick and efficient work on the 69 feet of straight fence. The crew was awesome. Hard working guys. But...the gate is noticeably warped and before paying the 2nd half of the bill, we asked them to come and correct it. They came right away. When done, it was hardly any better if it all. Out of frustration, I just said fine and we paid them in full. Everyone who looks at it can see the defect. We contacted them to please stop by again (keep in mind AFTER we paid in full) to see or suggest what could be done to correct it. That was 2 weeks ago. The only response (within a day or so) we got was something along the lines of..."Well, sometimes that happens when working with green treated wood." Crickets since then. Unacceptable in my world. I do not recommended them to anyone else. My second response today is) I retract any negative comments from earlier. It turns out my wife DID receive a text right before I created my initial review. The text stated that they would make it here this week yet, but I didn't know about the text until late last night. The same crew just now came by and corrected the gate issue. I apologize immensely for creating confusion and not giving them all the credit they deserve. After reading my 1st review, they didn't have to come back but they did. Fence looks great and I WILL be recommending them to anyone in the market for a fence. 5 star rating. Thank you Top Rail.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Top Rail Fence. The job is complete and it is beautiful. The workmanship, timeline, and price can't be beat. And the customer service is over the top. In the short time between the proposal date and the install date my Mom passed away. When Cody and Steve heard about this, even thought they had never met me before, they sent me a floral arrangement from Top Fence. That speaks to what special people they are on top of the superior work they do.

Top Rail Fence Omaha recently took down our old fence and installed a new one. They were very reasonably priced and the workers did a GREAT job. I would give 5 star but there seemed to be communication gap with Management and a failure in conveying information effectively. Overall the project turned out GREAT and we are very satisfied despite some of the communication frustrations.
