Very professional company, the owner sent you a letter of gratitude for your business and if there’s any problem , a phone number to call him. Ben, who is on the job is the most personable young man I’ve ever met. Very accommodating, asks all the right questions Before the job is started to make sure he knows exactly what you want and how you want it and goes over everything with you after the job is finished to Make sure that you are satisfied. Scheduling was easy. They were very accommodating.. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the perfect job done with the right people Who are courteous and professional?

Awesome fence company, Drew the owner is just as excited as you are to see your fence around your project or property. His project manager Ben Simmons was great to work with. He made sure everything was perfect, even if it was something you would not have noticed, he will correct it. They are knowledgeable not only with fences, but all codes for the city, HOA and town requirements. If you are looking for a great fence company, top rail fence is the way to go. You get a great product with piece of mind.

Ben Simmons was in charge of my project. He was very professional and personable. We walked the fence line before and after completion. The 2 gentlemen who erected the fence did an amazing job and even worked through the weekend. My fence is absolutely beautiful!! Now my 2 pups have a big backyard to run. I highly recommend Top Rail to anyone in the market for a fence!! Very satisfied customer!😊

Super great company all around. Terry made the sales process extremely simple, was very informative and even worked tirelessly with my very picky HOA to get a timely approval. Ben Simmons the project manager and his install crew did a wonderful job with the coordination of the fence as well as the install work. Good customer service and contract work is very hard to find nowadays, so I can’t say enough good things about this company. Also, while the third party was delivering the materials, they put a few tire scuffs in my driveway, and rather than pass it along to them, Ben came out himself and pressure washed the whole driveway the very next day. They have a 100 percent 5 star rating for a reason. Thank you Ben and Terry!

Drew and his team at Top Rail Fence Wilmington bent over backwards to help us with our aluminum and wood fencing needs. We will use them in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

Top rail fence was great to work with. They did a pre construction walkthrough and provided multiple options for fencing patterns. I changed the installation date three times due to my closing being pushed back, and had to change the size of the fence after my HOA denied it. They helped me through the entire process, and Ben and Eduardo did an excellent job with installation and clean up. I would definitely use them again

I engaged Top Rail to fully fence in over an acre and put in two tall privacy fences and gates. From the initial consultation with Terry, to the super responsive feedback and Q&A with owner Drew, to the exceptional on-site communication from Ben, the experience was a 10/10. I love my new fence. Benjamin Simmons and his crew did an amazing job in just one day. The fence is beautiful from both sides and the gates open and close effortlessly. The 5 foot fence allows me to peek over it and provides plenty of privacy and security. Kevin sent me photos of fencing he had done and helped me to decide on the style that matched my wishes.
