From the first call to the finished fence, Top Rail Fence made the whole process easy and stress-free. Their team was professional, friendly, and punctual. Out of multiple quotes I got, theirs was the most reasonable, yet the quality blew me away. On installation day, they worked efficiently and went the extra mile by cleaning every single rail from both sides! Attention to detail like that is rare. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone who wants top-quality work done right.

I highly recommend Top Rail. My fence is perfect. Ben was wonderful to work with and he made sure it was exactly what I wanted. The the crew led by Kevin did a fantastic job.

Ben and his team did a great job. They really cared about the quality of the job and making sure I was satisfied. When they were done they cleaned up the area and even washed down the vinyl fence! Very happy with the new fence.

Really enjoyed working with Ben at Top Rail. Took a while for my HOA to approve my fence, but Ben was so patient, calling me to ask if there was anything he could do.. then came the install geez I hadn’t seen a crew work so well and work so efficiently before. Got the fence in , in one day very pleased with the outcome. And couldn’t say more about the fantastic customer service from Top Rail.

Just want to thank Drew and the team for their quick response and top-notch work!! During our pool installation, we needed some last-minute updates to our fence to meet code and pass inspection. Terry was prompt with an estimate. Just under two weeks later Ben and his crew had this 200+ft addition completed in about 4 hours.

Sales and installation were fantastic. From the time that I approved and submitted my deposit, our fence was completed within a week. Beautiful Black aluminum fencing! Highly recommended!

Top Rail Fence took care of me when no other fence company would help. My fence was damaged when an out of control vehicle hit it. The fence was no longer being sold and it took many hours to locate the original product. Drew answered every call, every question and jumped through hoops to get my replacement fence ordered and installed. An A+ company and I am forever grateful!

Drew at Top Rail Fence did an awesome job. He was very helpful in advising me on what type of fence I needed for a pool and was always easy to get ahold of. He worked with our pool company and landscaper to try to expedite things as quickly as possible. He gave me many options that worked with our budget as well. We are using them for another project next month. Highly recommend!

Drew just completed our second fence! Our realtor recommended him for our son and he did an amazing job. He showed up on time and finished when he said he would. It was such a great experience we used him again last week for our daughter. The experience was even better! I can’t recommend Drew and his crew enough. It’s rare these days for a contractor to show up and do exactly what they promised but these guys are the best.

We had our fence installed yesterday and it looks beautiful! Terry was very quick to come out to give us an estimate and answer all my questions. Once on the schedule, Ben and Drew were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to my calls and questions. Our original date got rained out so they came out on a weekend and knocked it out it one day. Would highly recommend Top Rail Fence Wilmington!

Another quality job from Top Rail Fence Wilmington!! Top Rail installed the fencing at our previous home and there was no question that I would be calling them again when we relocated. Owner - Drew Massey was quick to set up the estimate and provided a detailed and competitive bid. Communication along the way was awesome. Project Manager Ben contacted me within a few days of accepting the bid to guide me through the timeline of installation. Ben came to the property and walked through the project, discussed gate options, and measured the property lines to ensure correct placement. The crew arrived the day of installation and efficiently installed a quality fence. Ben returned the next day to do a final inspection before completing payment. These guys are professionals! Fantastic Team!

The entire staff were polite, timely, and professional. The installation was fast and the quality of the work is fantastic. Highly recommended.
