They also wanted to maximize the value of the home that they were selling, so they chose pre-stained pickets and rails to enhance the durability of the fence and show off an attractive finish. To do so, we used black square posts with a cap and trim finish, completed with a rich brown stain to match the aesthetic of her outdoor space. To be cost-effective, we noticed the rest of her fence did not need to be replaced just yet. We recommended cleaning and re-staining the other section of the existing fence, blending the new build with the existing fence. The homeowner was thrilled with the results.
