I saw a fence that Top Rail had done for one of my neighbors down the street and I was impressed! My neighbor said he had already done the homework and chose Top Rail from a number of competitors. My first contact was great, but Carlos stumbled a bit during the initial follow-up conversations when it came time to actually schedule the installation. He owned up to this misstep and the rest of the process went as planned. He and his installation team took great care to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with all that was done. We would definitely recommend Top Rail for your fencing needs!

Professional and Courteous.

A tree had fallen during these terrible storms and flooding that we had a couple weeks ago and not only did top rail coordinate with us on the fence Repair but even gave us a contact person who could take care of the tree first. Everything was handled in house with them. We appreciate their work and the fence Repair you can’t even tell that a tree had hit it. Fence replacement turned out great. Had a couple of small wrinkles (tight spacing issues around a concrete pad and a neighbors fence post) that Salvador was able to work through to provide a finished installation that exceeded my expectations.
