These guys are amazing. Very professional while still being personable. No one else could even come out and look at my fence, much less get me on the schedule for almost 2 months. I explained to these guys that my neighbor was selling their house and we needed it done ASAP. They were here the same week, gave me an amazing quote and less than 2 weeks later we have a new fence. Can't recommend these guys more. Thank you so much, I'll be calling you again when it's time to replace the rest of my fence because I know it will be done right

I just had a fantastic experience with Top Rail fence company. I met with Mark Johns ,the owner and had a great first contact and conversation about the fence that I required. And it was a excellent choice. After I decided to go ahead,Lisa Johns the co-owner, took care of everything for the job. She kept me aprised out the permitting process and I just had to wait for my install day. She was able to get me an earlier day and I am completely blown away by the amazing look of my cedar fence. Mark was here first thing and walked me through the process and his crew was first rate. They got right to work and it looks flawless. Top Rail fence company delivered on everything Mark promised and he has the best workmanship guarantee policy of any of the companies that I got estimates from. Six in total. If you are considering a fence project START by contacting Top Rail fence company, will be glad you did. I certainly am . They were courteous and friendly and professional from first contact all the way to the thank you handshake at the conclusion of the job THANK YOU Mark and Lisa and crew for your excellent service and fence construction.

I worked with Brad getting the quote on place. He was awesome to work with! H3 walked us through process, there were no surprises.. Jorge and and the install team was awesome as well. My husband and I have been wanting a fence for quite sometime but we just could not seem to find the right company for us and a company that was reasonable in cost. Then we got this most precious dog LuLu. We knew that it was time to get serious about a fence. I looked up fencing companies and Top Rail Fence came up with very good reviews. I made the call set up an appointment with Stephen. He walked us through the process, we told him what we wanted and why we were desperate to get a fence. We chose Top Rail Fence because Stephen listened and they were very reasonable in cost. He assured us that they would do the best job and we would not have to worry about LuLu wondering off. We are so pleased with our new fence. Justin was communicative throughout the whole process and answered any calls or texts right away. He was the only vendor that actually took the time to call the local permitting agency and ask what was required so there were no surprises. We had gotten quotes from 3 other vendors and his pricing was by far the best. His quote included everything, so again no surprises. By the time we got the proposal to install, it was about 3 weeks so we weren’t waiting for months. The guys who installed were professional and got everything done in a day.

Awesome job , they made me a great offer saved 2k , made the City permit in NO time , they get the installation in half day despite I have the largest yard in the community .. Highly recommended AL

We are rehabbing a property in East Tampa and had a bit of a complex fencing situation. We needed a mixture of new fencing and some repairs of old fencing. Matt and TopRail not only were the only company willing to do both, but they did both way beyond what I was expecting. This was not an easy job, and there was nuance everywhere. Of all the vendors we’ve used in this project, Matt and his crew were the best we’ve dealt with so far. The service we got couldn’t have been better, and they were also the most competitive on price as well. They went above and beyond everywhere. Matt was there not only helping with the work himself, but he was also constantly making sure I was happy and that we were on the same page, which as a detail person I very much appreciate.
