After receiving a couple of estimates on our fence project, Top Rail Fence offered us the best deal and quickest turn-around time. The sales process was flawless and efficient. Chad Gilliam (sales) was very professional, showed up on-time, offered good suggestions, made requested changes to the offer/quote, and kept communicating with us until the deal was signed. The project manager we worked with was awesome. Jacob Wagoner contacted us frequently before the work began, during the build, and post-project completion. When complications were encountered, he immediately took ownership/accountability and worked them to resolution. The quality of the work is very good. The build crew was on-time daily, friendly/respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and made on-the-spot minor modifications to meet our needs. There are a lot of builders/companies in the fence business. We are glad to have found and used Top Rail Fence.

We are very happy with our new fence that was installed on a retainer wall in our back yard. Top Rail insured that our turf would not be damaged and the fence is a beautiful addition to our yard. Brad was good to work with and addressed all of our questions.

The workers are hard working people. They ripped out my old fence and completely replace it during the heatwave in 3 days. They refused to take breaks in spite of me asking them to come into our home and cool down. Those men are some of the most dedicated and hardworking men that I’ve ever met. I would highly recommend Top Rail Fence Company for all your fencing needs.

UPDATE: I originally left a lower rating due to poor communication/minor mishaps, but I am updating my review because they took immediate steps to fix it. They reached out, listened to my feedback, and completely turned the experience around with fast repair/great communication. I appreciate a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction.

Last week we replaced an old wooden fence in our backyard with a new vinyl fence. Our experience starting with Mike followed by the installers and Ron was first rate. From getting the estimate to installation was very prompt and professional. We love our fence and highly recommend Top Rail Fence.
