The whole experience - from submitting an online request for estimate to job completion - was very positive. John T. phoned me within a few hours we scheduled a phone consultation discuss details, needs, etc.; I received a proposal for the work within 30 minutes of that conversation. Installation date was scheduled, materials delivered 24 hrs prior to work date. John T arrived with his crew on time and work commenced immediately. Job was complete in less than 3 hours. I am very impressed with John's reliability, honesty, efficiency and attention to detail; and the crew's workmanship was top-notch.
