Amazing customer service! I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so glad we chose Top Rail Fence for our fence project. Gina and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Gina made the whole process easy, listened to exactly what we wanted, and delivered everything we asked for. The crew completed the entire fence in just one day, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence company!

From my very first inquiry, Top Rail Fence impressed me. Chris responded immediately and came out to the property rigjt away, in my schedule. From the moment he arrived, he truly listened — understood my concern about an opening, suggested the perfect gate and fencing solution to keep my dog safely contained, and worked with me on seamlessly connecting to an existing fence I already had. After meeting with him, I got a quote the same day! The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Ginna was wonderful in handling all the scheduling and setup details, and on install day, Tyler was there from the start — walked the property with me, went over every detail to make sure everything was exactly right, and stayed until the job was completely done. The installation team was fast, efficient, and did beautiful work. The finished product looks amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased. They worked with my budget, delivered a real solution to my needs, and the end result is aesthetically exactly what I envisioned. Ben and his team did a great job. They really cared about the quality of the job and making sure I was satisfied. When they were done they cleaned up the area and even washed down the vinyl fence! Very happy with the new fence.

The entire experience was easy and stress free. While working with Anthony was great, installation day is really where Top Rail won. They were efficient, clean, and incredibly patient with my ADHD kid who would not stop following the team around asking them questions and telling them stories. Everyone was so kind and communicative. 10/10 love Top Rail

I am VERY pleased with my fence, and my dogs LOVE it! Everything went smooth, and great. Just was a little disappointed with the follow up after the installation. No one checked to see if any concerns or issues. Kinda felt not so important after spending over 7k on my fence.

I had a small section of fence and gate replaced. Out of 5 companies contacted, they were the only one to return my call (within 30 minutes). They gave me all the information and gave me an estimate that was very readinable. The workers showed up as scheduled and when fished, I could barely tell they had been except for my new fence. Very professional company.

I had a really great experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the crew worked incredibly fast while still paying attention to details. They explained measurements and layout clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the fence already feels very sturdy and well-built. Even with weather/rain delays, they kept things moving and came back to make sure everything was completed correctly instead of rushing through it. I also appreciated that they were patient with all my questions during the install process. The finished fence looks clean, straight, and completely transformed the yard. Overall, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I can definitely see why they have such strong reviews already.

They did an amazing job installing our black vinyl coated chain link fence with tension wire. They even did a great job putting up with me when I was in a bad mood about something else, which is no small task. I highly recommend Top Rail.
