I had a pretty good experience with this company. They got the work done in one day, even beating the rain, and the work is excellent. I had two minor issues: They charged me for underground insurance that I was not aware of and they put the back gate on backwards (the hardware was on the outside, which was not right to me), but said I had agreed to both when I signed the contract. I guess my only criticism would be that I would ahve liked to have a better explanation of the contract and what I was agreeing to before the job. Other than that, I would recommend them 100%!

The fence looks beautiful, sturdy, and exactly the way I wanted it. They were also very friendly and completed the job on time. I saw a fence that Top Rail had done for one of my neighbors down the street and I was impressed! My neighbor said he had already done the homework and chose Top Rail from a number of competitors. My first contact was great, but Carlos stumbled a bit during the initial follow-up conversations when it came time to actually schedule the installation. He owned up to this misstep and the rest of the process went as planned. He and his installation team took great care to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with all that was done. We would definitely recommend Top Rail for your fencing needs!
