I’m happy with the privacy panels they did for me today.

The whole process with Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit went smoothly start to finish for my new vinyl privacy fence, replacing a rusty old chain link fence. The owner came out to put the vinyl fence plan in place, ordered the materials, set an install date, materials were delivered the day before the install date. The install date needed to be changed do to wildfire smoke, which I expected to happen and was glad to see the owner looking out for his team's health. The fence was installed today, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. They did a great job. It was clear that the install team were knowledgeable about every aspect of the work. Plus, they were professional, respectful and friendly. I'd gotten an estimate from a different company also, and Top Rail Fence was significantly lower, and from what I can tell, still maintaining high standards. I HIGHLY recommend Top Rail Fence. My son and DIL also used Top Rail Fence for their new vinyl privacy fence two years ago. Their fence still looks brand new. It bares repeating, highly recommend Top Rail Fence Northern Detroit.

Great reputable company ! you won't be disappointed

This company is soooo accommodating and helpful given I broke my arm day before installation and had to reschedule last minute. Both Jason and Julie were beyond my expectations and pricing was great as well. And I have to mention the actual guys who did the installation as they helped me locate a contractor to remove a large tree branch that fell in my yard the night before! A great BIG shout out to the ENTIRE Top Rail Fence team!

Such a great experience with Top Rail! Ron was incredibly helpful, even through my million questions and re-configurations on our fence. The scheduling was easy and quick given the busy-ness of the season, if you need a fence in the area I cannot recommend Top Rail enough.

My fence looks awesome! The crew did a wonderful job. They Were very courteous and professional. They really paid attention to detail and made sure everything was right. Rodney and his crew are the best. I worked with Gabriel from start to finish On the project,, we had a few bumps in the way none of which was their fault. Gabriel came back the day after the fence was done to make sure everything was correct. A few adjustments needed to be made which he did all is well. Anna and Andrew were great to work with, as was Jay and his team. Anna & Andrew’s responses were quick, follow up great. They worked around difficult neighbor issues with patience and understanding. Quality of work was very good as well. We would recommend them in a second and have already done so. Their pricing was very reasonable and less than their competitors.

Wow! I had an incredible experience. From the time I met the sales rep, to scheduling, and install, every step was smooth and professional. One thing I desire as a customer is just making my request and paying for a completed job. Top Rail Fence handled the permitting, calling 811, pictures of materials, and drawings of the project. Tyler, the owner, was personally there to greet me and answer every question. He assured me the job would be done on time and that any issue would be resolved. I felt for everyone working because they found a ton of rock and was still able to overcome. Everyone had a positive attitude. Another moment, when the HOA came to check the work, Tyler intervened and explained to them how every guideline was followed and completed per their request. Finally, the project looks great. We were very pleased with the end results of our fence. It looks wonderful. Top rail fence delivered on every promise they made to us. The installation was just as they told us it would be timeframe wise. They were able to get everything done in two days. They were very nice to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Top Rail Fence does tremendous work. Not only did they do spot on work for our 0.73 acre property, 6 foot black chain link fence. But they stuck through a tough situation with us. Upon buying our new home, we discovered there was an easement (petroleum line) running through our property. Initial feedback was no fencing allowed, which was not acceptable with our pittie mix. We were able to work with Top Rail and the energy company to allow the fencing in the end. I appreciate they stuck around and did an amazing job for us.
