Like many others, my fence was blown down during the recent December wind event, and it was already well past its useful life. I received multiple bids, but Top Rail not only came in as the most competitive—they also offered the most premium materials, including 3/4" cedar pickets and galvanized steel posts, to better withstand future weather. Kristen was fantastic to work with—responsive, professional, and quick to answer every call and email. David and his crew were equally impressive on-site, completing roughly 230 feet of fencing in just two days. When I asked for an adjustment to the gate handle height, they came back out and fixed it the very next business day without hesitation. Outstanding service from start to finish. I can’t recommend Top Rail enough—A+ experience.

Our fence fell downand so I sent out a bunch of requests for quotes to fix it. Top fence was the first to respond and the lowest by FAR. They did a quote from the computer without having to come out to our place, and the final total didn't deviate from that at all! They showed up, replaced our entire section in a few hours and were gone. Very easy. However, what really stuck out, was that this morning, we noticed that our fence gate latch, which had been broken for months, and was on the other side of the house from where the work was being done, had been fixed by the guys doing the fence. They never had to do that. It wasn't part of the quote, and I never even mentioned it to them. But under their own initiatve, they fixed it up for us, and those little things stand out massively! On top of all of that, the fence looks GREAT! So I guess if you're looking for a great fence, for less than the competitors, with service that goes above and beyond, they're who you want. I've got 3 more sides to this fence and I won't be reaching out to anyone else to replace those.

Our neighbor and I had to replace our fences due to a huge wind storm. Kristen with Top Rail came the next day and we had a quote that afternoon. They were not the cheapest, but were much less than other quotes we got. I read reviews and was impressed so we hired them and only a week later we have a completed fence. They were very good about walking us through the process and the quality of their work was so great. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived. Very very happy with our results

I couldn't recommend Top Rail enough! Kristen went above and beyond, coordinating with both our HOA president and the city to ensure that our fence met all the necessary specifications. There were lots of hoops to jump through and she made it so easy for us! The installation crew was so efficient and kind, completing our fence in just a little over a day. They kept things clean and even made sure to move all the landscaping rock back into place when they were done!

Top Rail Fence did a great job! They removed a fence between us and our neighbors and replaced it during a quick 2-day job, easy to split the invoice as it was a shared fence, easy to communicate questions with Sara, overall a seamless experience, would recommend!
