We had a great experience with Top Rail and absolutely love our new fence. Kristen was very communicative and answered all of my questions throughout the process. They were professional and timely in setting up the fence and when parts were missing, went to get what was needed to have it fixed. Highly recommend!

I had 3 estimates done and all three were competitive. I selected another company, honestly said, with my heart and after telling Top Rail no, my choice started changing the payment methods and it became uncomfortable so I fired them. I immediately called Top Rail and they said yes in a flash. They were extremely kind in setting up an install date and updated along the way. Started on time, finished on time, and they left the area clean and show ready. They are a true FIVE STAR company and I could not be happier.
