Customer Reviews

Great job! Al and his team are wonderful to work with. He had some ideas to help me with my not flat yard. The chainlink was a solid option to keep the yard open where the wood line is. I added a few changes along the way and they were able to accommodate with no problems. They were prompt and the fence was put up quickly. My dogs are safe in the yard now and that is the best peace of mind.

Great, friendly team. Wonderful work quality - Al was a perfect gentleman to help coordinate

Top Rail did a fantastic job installing our fence. Al the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and listens to what your needs are. We got a locust wood fence. It looks rustic just like we wanted. We are very happy with Top Rail and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Top Rail Fence in Danbury! Al was responsive from the start, patient with all of our questions, and took the time to provide multiple options so we could find the best fit for our yard and budget. The timeline was fair, communication was excellent throughout the project, and the finished fence looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone looking for a professional, reliable fencing company.

We couldn’t be happier with our new white vinyl fence! From start to finish, Al and his team were professional, communicative, and incredibly hardworking. Our property presented a unique challenge with a long rock wall that required nearly 50 core drills to install the fence properly, but they tackled it with skill and precision without ever cutting corners. It has completely transformed the look of our yard. Most importantly for my wife and I, they spent time with us discussing options and didn’t try to upsell. In fact, Al first recommended deer fence for a portion of the yard to save us money — we ended up opting to keep the vinyl consistent but that was purely our decision. We also got quotes quickly and when we asked for a couple small changes, new quotes were quickly supplied. All in all a great experience with genuinely nice people. If you’re looking for a fence company that delivers exceptional quality, stands behind their work, and isn’t afraid to take on a difficult installation, I can’t recommend Top Rail Danbury highly enough. Thank you for exceeding our expectations!

Perfect service from quote to installation. Thank you Bryce!

Al and his team completed a very large job for us on a custom home. His quote and proposal was prompt and professional. He showed up on the job when he said he would and completed the project in less time than he budgeted. His product was superior. He was a pleasure to work with and I'll use him again. As a General Contractor building high end residential homes, we need good subcontractors that do what they say they are going to do. Unfortunately....that is not a common feature these days.

We recently had a beautiful white privacy picket fence installed around our pool area, and we could not be happier with the results! The fence is a gorgeous addition to our community space, providing the privacy we wanted while also helping keep the area secure and safe for the families who use it. It also helps keep unwanted animals out of the pool area, which was very important to us. From start to finish, the communication was exceptional. Every step of the process was professional, organized, and stress-free. The crew was incredibly diligent, respectful, and detail-oriented. When the project was complete, the area was left spotless — exactly how it was before, just with a stunning new addition. The quality of work truly speaks for itself, and you can tell they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. If you are looking for fencing in lower Fairfield County, I highly recommend Top Rail Fence for all of your fencing and safety needs. We are beyond happy with the final result!

Fantastic experience. Bryce was attentive and responsive throughout the entire process.

Great experience with Al and Top Rail Fence Danbury. We had new fencing installed in our vegetable garden and it looks great! Al was extremely responsive from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience purchasing and installing a fence with Bryce of Top Rail Fence in Fairfield County. Bryce was responsive to every text I sent. He helped me choose the fence, height and placement. He is an expert in his field and honestly, it was a remarkably easy process. The workers came in a timely manner and completed the job expertly and very quickly in one morning, cleaning up after. Thank you so much, Bryce, for a great job. I wish all my business with outside services were this professional and swift.

I had a great experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and delivered exactly what they promised on time and on budget. The fence in my back yard looks fantastic and really improved the whole yard. I will be using them for my front yard next! Highly recommend!

Bryce and his Top Rail Fence team are excellent. Prompt and professional communication from start to finish — a true service provider who balances value with quality and execution. I wish every job could be so smooth! Bryce came to our new home, discussed options and got the perfect product (two fences, one for HVAC and one to hide pool equipment) at a fair price. Installation was seamless and we are extremely happy with the results! I hope that everyone decides to work with Bryce and support his business, he deserves it! And, you’ll be happy with a headache free, awesome fence job. Bravo Top Rail!

We had an excellent experience with Bryce and his team. From our initial meeting discussing fencing options to the installation, Bryce was very responsive and extremely professional. We are very happy with our final product and the fence is exactly as we had hoped for, providing privacy to our home. Thank you Bryce for your great work and also all of your patience as we decided on our final design.

Top Rail Fence did an incredible job with our fence. Bryce and team were responsive and easy to work with, and the finished product is both high quality and looks great. We couldn’t be happier with how things turned out

Al and his crew were great, always on time, quick and thorough and had great communication the whole time. Absolutely zero issue’s and the work he did at my house came out wonderful!

I’ve had a terrific experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. I received a very prompt response, and Bryce came out the next day to understand my needs. The proposal was clear and comprehensive, as well as offering alternatives. The crew was prompt, experienced and very nice to work with. I've known the owners Al & Kristin now for years and without a doubt happy to buy a fence from them in my Bethel, CT home. Integrity. Accountability. Follow through describes their work ethic. My vinyl fence is perfect for keeping my dogs in my back yard. Thank you for going above and beyond to make sure everything turned out right!

Top Rail Fencing is top notch! This spring, we had them install a large portion of fencing and gate on the perimeter of my property. Nothing is cheap these days, so my wife and I got three different estimates. Top Rail fencing was not the cheapest nor was it the most expensive, but what made me decide to go with Top Rail was the owner Bryce. His attention to detail and his quick response to answer any questions, I had closed the deal. I highly recommend this company. Fence looks beautiful. Don and Jill

I highly recommend Top Rail Fence. Al and Kristin were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't be happier with my deer fence repair and added section. If you need any kind of fencing don't hesitate to give them a call!
