We had a great experience with Tanner. From the original estimate, to asking questions, to the install and to the follow up. We received bids from multiple companies and this came back very competitive. The reason for going with Tanner is that we felt confident he knew what he was doing. I had lots and lots of questions and Tanner got back to me right away and made sure I understood what was happening. During the install, Tanner was out helping the crew and making sure things came together. They got 230 feet of fence done in 2.5 days! 10/10 recommend Tanner for your fence.

Top Rail installed a cedar fence surrounding my entire backyard. A professional and expert experience from start to finish. Anthony and his crew were punctual, reasonable, pleasant and completely dedicated to the project. It looks fantastic and was built with craftsmanship and an eye for the aesthetic. Anthony kept me in the loop at every step of the way. He showed up to check the materials after delivery and was there at 7:45 the next morning to make sure all got started on the right foot, despite the fact that I live in a somewhat remote location. HIs crew worked with extraordinary efficiency but consulted me several times regarding irregularities in the property line, step-downs, etc, making sure I got what I wanted. Before leaving, the crew boss insisted I walk the entire fence line with him to give it my final approval. The jobsite was cleaned immaculately. Five minutes after the trucks pulled away, Anthony called to make sure I was satisfied. My highest recommendation.

After having a very bad experience at my previous home with fencing, I was worried about the process and pricing for my new home's fencing. The process of getting the bid, to scheduling, to installation was seamless. During the bidding option, I expressed what style I was wanting, and I was giving multiple options (wood, vinyl, just backyard, front yard included) that helped me see what I was able to do. Within the bidding process, they have financing options from Acorn Finance, which helped me get the exact option I was wanting. Top Rail did everything from filing the permits and paperwork, and scheduling was easy. Communication and customer service is top notch. The installation crew was extremely friendly, hard working, communicated clearly of any issues and did an outstanding job. All the team went above and beyond my expectations.
