Project 1 – Fence Repairs & Re-Leveling:
This project involved re-leveling and repairing an existing residential fence in Cedar Hill. We re-leveled 56 linear feet and 135 linear feet of fence, carefully digging around the concrete footers and backfilling with 40 lb of concrete per post to ensure long-term stability.
Additional repairs included reattaching missing finials along the South West and South East sections, welding diagonal bars to gaps greater than 3 inches, and replacing a 6’ tall panel near the front of the property that had been temporarily zip-tied. We also reset the gate post to restore proper function, ensuring both security and usability for the homeowner.
Project 2 – New Puppy Panel Fence Installation:
For the second project, we furnished and installed 70 linear feet of 4’ tall puppy panel fencing near the pool area, including a walk gate. This addition provides a safe and contained play area for pets while maintaining a clean and functional look that complements the existing property.
Both projects were completed efficiently, overcoming minor obstacles related to site conditions and existing fence wear. The homeowner was pleased with the improved functionality, safety, and overall appearance of their fencing.
