We are very pleased with the work from start to finish. Swoosh came out and took the measurements and Jack and his team came out to Install the fence they were all professional, and in our opinion perfect. We had 3 different bids on the fence and 2 were the same price one was higher, We choose Top Rail because they were honest from the start. We made the right decision our fence is beautiful and there work is beautiful.

Top rail put in about 800 feet of white vinyl ranch rail fence for me. The communication was phenomenal. They showed up when they said they would, finished right on schedule and communicated clearly, both in person and digitally. When part of my initial design didn't work, they were great at giving me reasonable options to still achieve my goal. Afterwards they ensured that I was 100% satisfied. Would highly recommend!

Cannot recommend enough! We hired Top Rail for our fence, deck stairs and concrete patio and Soroosh & Miguel (plus their teams) were fantastic. Affordable, excellent communication and customer service all around. The final product is beautiful - exactly how we envisioned!!!

Everything about my experience with Top Rail Fence (Kansas City) was 5 star!! Soroosh, Jack and their teams were the best. The level of communication and willingness to explain everything about the process was truly appreciated. They answered a lot of questions, scheduled the work to accommodate my timeline, and managed a couple of special requests that I had so I can repurpose a bit of the old fence. The installation was so well done. The team was very nice, answered a lot of questions as well, and left the site clean and tidy at the end of the day - and when the project was complete. The install happened in July, and as we were experiencing a "heat dome" so, it was truly a testament to their hard work and customer commitment that they were able to keep on schedule and do such a fantastic job!! The fence is fantastic - I'm so happy with the work and have gotten lost of compliments from friends and neighbors!! If you are looking for a fencing company, I would highly recommend Top Rail.

Soroosh, Jack, and the installation team were all a pleasure to work with. We had a small project – just tear-out and replace 52 feet of fence – but they provided a very great bid and completed the job quickly. They were all friendly and attentive, and the final product looks great.

Shout out to Top Rail Fence! Your team was amazing to work with during the installation of our cedar fence! The team was very professional and advised us through the entire process. We had a very old 4 ft fence that had to be removed before the new fence could be installed and the challenges of old rocky ground didn't make it easy. This team faced each challenge head on and came up with a plan. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence and would definitely use them again for any fencing needs we might have!

Greg, Jack, & the installation crew are fabulous! They were professional from the first meeting for the quote and all the way through to the very last piece of board that was hung & the clean-up completed. I would highly recommend their company if you’re looking to have a new fence installed, or an old taken out & replaced with new. I cannot complain about one single thing. The crew worked so very hard. Many long hours in 98-100 degree weather to ensure the project stayed on task. My yard both front & back was left clean of debris and the new fence really enhanced the look & value of my property. Thank you, Top Rail Fence!!

My wife and I had been talking about replacing our wooden fence. I asked about 4 company for bids. We are glad we went with Top Rail Fence. Greg was very patient with us when a few issues developed, he assured us that when we were ready; contact him. Well, long story short, everything went well. Greg contacted Jack. Jack called and the next day the crew and Jack showed up. Jack and I went over the setup for removing the old wood fence and placing steel fencing in our back yard. That evening the job was complete! We want to thank everyone who participated. Greg for the many text and conversations going forward. Jack for the details and answering questions on how it was to be completed. And the workers, very hard workers who made it become a reality. Francisco and Hugo are two of the workers who deserve a big Thank you! As I was interested in how the process went, they both were very accommodating and informative. The day ended with the three of us knowing and enjoying each other's company. We could not possibly be more pleased with our new fence. It is absolutely a knock out of the park. The guys who installed it were very friendly and worked so hard to get it finished as soon as possible. Jack Hogan the job coordinator from Top Rail was very knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Top Rail!!!

They did a fantastic job! Prompt, efficient and a VERY reasonable price. My new fence looks great, and they cleaned up everything before they left. They even went really above and beyond, tearing out and disposing of thick vegetation along a portion of the fence line. I highly recommend this company!
