I had a wonderful experience with Top Rail Fence! They recently installed a dog run for me, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. The finished fence looks amazing, and most importantly, I now have a safe and secure space where my dogs can run and enjoy being outside. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and would absolutely recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone looking for a fencing company. Thank you for giving my pups their own little outdoor space! 🐾❤️

I had to wait for HOA but as soon as I got approved TopRail was dropping off materials and came and put my fence up almost immediately.I love my new fence and it was put up in less than three hours..They were very professional..

I had previously contacted a few other fencing companies before reaching out to Top Rail. Unfortunately, they either failed to return my calls or claimed to be coming but didn’t show up. However, James from Top Rail arrived promptly when he said he would. Jenna was an excellent to work w during the installation process. I am completely satisfied with the final outcome.

I couldn’t be happier with the new privacy fence and the entire experience from beginning to end The three man crew arrived promptly at 8:30 AM to replace my 20-year-old, 6 foot privacy fence – about 190 linear feet in a very small backyard. By 3:30 PM they were completely finished. I was amazed at how efficiently they worked. They quickly removed the old fence panels and post and carried everything out for disposal, then they immediately got to work digging the new post holes, setting the post, installing the horizontal 2 x 4s, and putting up the new pickets. What impressed me the most was their work ethic and teamwork. These three guys worked. No one was sitting around, waiting on someone else, or wasting time. Everyone seemed to know exactly what needed to be done next When the old friends came down, we discovered quite a mess in my neighbor’s yard on the other side that they had to work around. It didn’t phase them. They moved what needed to be moved and kept right on working. They were neat, clean, respectful of my property, and everything around them, and left everything looking great. It was genuinely refreshing to see that kind of work ethic and respect. I was so impressed that I made sure each one of them got a cold bottle of water and a tip before they left – they earned it! I also wanted to recognize Travis, our sales representative. He was just as dependable – showed up when promised, called, followed up, and kept me informed. I never had to wonder what was going on or chase him down for another Answer. I’m retired and admittedly pretty old school when it comes to customer service and work ethic. I expect people to show up when they say they will, work hard, respect my property, and do what they promised. This company and this crew passed the test with flying colors I would absolutely use them again and would feel completely comfortable recommending them to family, friends, and neighbors. Five stars from me!

Everyone with whom i’ve had contact at Top Rail Fence has been professional, efficient and communicated well each step of the way. Guy showed me options for replacing my old, rusting fence and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Justin made arrangements for the days the installation would require and put together a good team to take down the old fence and install the new one. He communicated well and was kind. Julio was a pleasant, hard-working lead installer who worked non-stop for two days and, along with his coworkers, did an excellent job of removing old fencing, installing new fencing and cleaning up all the resulting trash as they worked and then hauling it away. Thanks to all of you for a job well done!

Very professional! Great communication about a delay due to the rain storm. Everyone from the sales people to the installers were amazing. Installers even went out of their way to do a small repair on a second gate that I didn’t even notice was there. Installers were very professional, clean, and friendly with our dogs when they were in the yard. Cam was exceptional at every step in the process! I would recommend Top Rail Fence to everyone looking for professional and reasonably priced fencing.
