I had a small section of fence and gate replaced. Out of 5 companies contacted, they were the only one to return my call (within 30 minutes). They gave me all the information and gave me an estimate that was very readinable. The workers showed up as scheduled and when fished, I could barely tell they had been except for my new fence. Very professional company.

Top Rail and their employees made this a great experience all around and operated in a very professional manner. Vince quickly connected with me to schedule an estimate. During the estimate, Vince walked through the back yard to ensure he understood exactly what we wanted in our new fence. We had some trees obstructing the fence line, and Vince provided excellent advice and how we could navigate this. The morning of the install, the crew introduced themselves and performed a walk through and confirmed what we were wanting. The crew was able to tear down, haul away our old fence, and install the entire new fence within 2 days. After the fence was completed, Vince connected with me to ensure that we were happy with the work. We highly recommend Top Rail! The team was easy to work with, offered a fair price, and had great communication throughout the fence buying experience!

Top Rail fence installed this beautiful, well made fence and handrail for us. It is American made aluminum. The installers made sure it was installed exactly how we wanted it, did a fantastic job, and the pricing was very reasonable. Justin and Vince, from Top Rail Fence, were accommodating from day one to the end of construction. When they indicated that the job would only take three days I was skeptical. As it happens the job took two and a half days in brutal cold and rain. Of course, the fence is beautiful. My neighbors love it almost as much as we do. I couldn't be more pleased with the fence or the experience of working with Top Rain Fence.

My first meeting with Vince went very well. He listened to what we were looking to have done with replacing our backyard fence. He answered any questions I had about costs, starting time & how long the project would take. Vince then came back to introduce me to Justin. He would be overseeing the job. Justin came back the week before starting. He walked with me through the yard to review what to expect and to make sure we were both on the same page. I felt confident everything would go well. He also talked to my neighbors to listen to any concerns and questions they had. The morning of the start date Justin arrived and introduced me to the crew who would be doing the job (dismantling & hauling away the old fence and building the new fence we decided on) They did excellent work! They knew exactly what needed to be done. The whole experience was really impressive. We couldn’t believe the job took only 2 days. The fence looks amazing! We are very pleased! I hired Top Rail to build a privacy fence in my backyard and it was an amazing experience. The service of both the builders and the owner could not have been more incredible. The entire process from start to finish was quick and exceptionally smooth. The owner was extremely professional and thorough with meeting me and walking through the creation of my estimate for my fence. If I am to ever move and need a fence built again, I will call on Top Rail again.

As painless as any big construction project can be. Removed a deteriorating 6-ft fence and built a 7-1/2-ft fence in its place. Vince (owner) was quick to respond to questions and willing to listen. Jorge (Lead carpenter) was focused, careful, skilled, and also willing to entertain ideas and questions. We all had a good rapport throughout the project. Most importantly, I felt that we all trusted one another, and that everything would be done right. The fence is solid as a rock, and it creates the feeling of an outdoor room. We love it! We had Top Rail remove our old 6 ft high privacy fence and install a new 8 ft high fence. We are extremely pleased with the results. The timely communication and follow up is something this company is obviously laser focused on. They did everything they said they would, and also when they said they would. Will we recommend them to family and friends? Absolutely!
