Justin, the Project Manager, was excellent! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable as far as our wishes for our new white vinyl privacy fence was concerned. He even went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted. We now have a beautiful addition to our yard, and it's the best in the neighborhood. The installer, Julio, did all the work by himself and did a wonderful job! He is such a hard worker and really knows his stuff! Justin said Julio was his best man and would take care of us. We agree he did! We are totally satisfied with the work done by Top Rail Fence and would recommend them to everyone!

Everyone with whom i’ve had contact at Top Rail Fence has been professional, efficient and communicated well each step of the way. Guy showed me options for replacing my old, rusting fence and gave me a fair estimate for the work. Justin made arrangements for the days the installation would require and put together a good team to take down the old fence and install the new one. He communicated well and was kind. Julio was a pleasant, hard-working lead installer who worked non-stop for two days and, along with his coworkers, did an excellent job of removing old fencing, installing new fencing and cleaning up all the resulting trash as they worked and then hauling it away. Thanks to all of you for a job well done!

Quick, forthright communication both before and during the installation. Guy, Justin, and the two men who installed it were all great. Plus the fence looks beautiful.

It was impossible not to give this team 5 stars. From start to finish, they were professional, hardworking, and efficient. They completed our fence quickly without sacrificing quality and were very attentive to our requests and preferences. The workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable fencing company.

We worked with Top Rail to remove old, damaged fencing and replace it with a mix of privacy and horse rail fence to surround our entire property. The craftsmanship and materials are beautiful, and they were able to work with us to incorporate a large tree into the design without asking us to remove it. We’re so pleased with the results and the price, and will definitely use Top Rail in the future.

Vince was the one who did my initial site visit. He was nice, professional, and explained how Top Rail does their installation process. After the install was done, Vince followed up with me to make sure everything met my expectations and when I had mentioned wanting an additional hardware set on one of the gates of my fence, he personally came back and installed it for me. The installers of the fence were very pleasant and were very quick and efficient. They removed the old fence in a day, setup posts another day, and installed pickets the following day. What would’ve taken me several weeks, they were able to knock it out in 3 days. Wonderful experience with everyone involved!

Definitely recommend this company for your next project. They were very prompt in their reply to my request for an estimate, and were able to come out quickly. Very quick to start the project as well, and did a fantastic job!
