Joe helped us determine the exact type of rail that would work for our home with both knowledge and pictures by rendering a proposal which included photos of our house with the new railings that ultimately helped make our decision. The scheduled installation was completed on the day agreed upon and went exceptionally well. The installer was extremely friendly and professional and did not mind all the questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and had been installing most his life. So very experienced. When we had a few minor concerns about the final product after close inspection of the project, Joe was quick to visit us in person and rectify these questions. Joe stated "I want you happy". And we are happy ! Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with Top Rail and would certainly hire the company again for our next home improvement. - and it shouldn’t be overlooked from the start to finish - anytime we texted Joe he answered immediately. Proving just how much they put customer service and satisfaction as their first priority. Thank you so much to Joe and his staff.

Top Rail Fence totally went above and beyond on our recent project. Our house is down by the Huron River and our property is riddled with large rocks and boulders. Many posts immediately hit a rock - stopping it cold. With persistence, ingenuity, flexibility and brute force they made it happen. Working with John Teichow and his Top Rail team was seamless from start to finish. We have a beautiful new straight as an arrow fence. Well done. I highly recommend them!

I received three estimates prior to selecting them, and Top Rail was competitively priced. The owner, Dave, provided excellent communication while reviewing the proposal, ensuring every detail was clear and keeping me updated with the schedule as the weather caused a few minor delays. The team installed a beautiful 6-foot tan vinyl fence with two gates. Despite the intense heat and a few challenges with an uneven ground surface the crew completed the teardown of my old fence and delivered the final project in just under 4 days. The installers—Pete, AJ, and Letti—were absolute professionals and provided frequent status checks to ensure I was updated regarding project progress. They were hardworking, courteous, and highly respectful of my property. They removed all the old debris and left everything completely in order. I could not be happier with the outstanding service and quality craftsmanship! Highly recommend Top Rail Fence.

My coworker and I were talking about my desire to replace my patio area fence, and adding a fence in the back yard area. She recommended that I contact Robert which I did. I called and he came to meet us within a couple of days. I knew right away that I would be pleased. The next day we had a date scheduled to install the fence, it has exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t there during the process but my husband and son shared pictures and video’s with me. I've been working with Bob at Top Rail Fence since March. Even with the delay of trying to get a survey completed, Bob was very professional. My fence was schedule by Tanner and install was on June 27, with weather delays, completed on June 28. I was working with the Jarith brothers, and they were super nice and explained everything. Their work is amazing for just the two of them. I most definitely want to work with the Jarith brothers again. After speaking with Bob today (6/29/26), I will be scheduling more jobs to complete soon.
