From start to finish the entire process went perfectly! Matt came out and gave us the best estimate and we were able to schedule the install very quickly. Price was very reasonable and now my dogs and I can relax in our new backyard!!

5/5 stars I got quotes from 5 local fence companies and Top Rail Fence stood out immediately. Best price, plus solid warranties on both labor and materials. The whole process from quote to install was straightforward and transparent, no surprises. Their crew worked all day in the July heat on a Friday and still finished by 4pm. Efficient, professional, and it showed in the finished product. 10/10 experience, highly recommend to anyone looking for a fence in the Raleigh area.

Absolutely pleased from start to finish. Mr. Stewart, came out initially about a year ago, no pressure sales, and we stayed in contact. This was on my ‘honey dues’ list. My wife unfortunately passed last year, and I really want to complete this task and get it done. Top Rail help to make it happen. Very professional, Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any rallying or fencing done. It was a pleasure doing business.

Top Rail fence installed a fence in the backyard so my dog had a safe place to run around. The entire process was seamless and Cam answered all of my questions in a quick manner.I was updated during the entire process from shipment of materials to the day of installation.

Top Rail Fence Raleigh did a fabulous job on the fence around my yard. They came and measured and within a couple of days sent an estimate to me by email which I deemed to be reasonable. They came the next week, removed the old fencing and disposed of it, and in the same day put up my new fence and two gates. The workers were friendly, professional, and efficient. The end result was above my expectations. I love my new fence! I would deal with Top Rail Fence Raleigh again for sure.

Brett was great to work with. Very professional in his appearance when he stopped to quote us a price. I had three other quotes all about the same price but I instantly bonded with Brett’s personality and knowledge of his products. His staff kept us informed on our project and Brett even FaceTimed with us at our project site when we had questions on some various options. Al was responsive from the start, patient with all of our questions, and took the time to provide multiple options so we could find the best fit for our yard and budget. We couldn’t be happier with our new white vinyl fence! From start to finish, Al and his team were professional, communicative, and incredibly hardworking. Our property presented a unique challenge with a long rock wall that required nearly 50 core drills to install the fence properly, but they tackled it with skill and precision without ever cutting corners. It has completely transformed the look of our yard. Most importantly for my wife and I, they spent time with us discussing options and didn’t try to upsell. In fact, Al first recommended deer fence for a portion of the yard to save us money — we ended up opting to keep the vinyl consistent but that was purely our decision. We also got quotes quickly and when we asked for a couple small changes, new quotes were quickly supplied. All in all a great experience with genuinely nice people. If you’re looking for a fence company that delivers exceptional quality, stands behind their work, and isn’t afraid to take on a difficult installation, I can’t recommend Top Rail Danbury highly enough. Over 200 feet of close picket, top rail fence replaced our dilapidated shadow box fence. Top Rail recommended stained pickets and treated 6x6 posts set in quarried gravel along with treated stringers. They did the demolition of each 100 ft section in less than one day and finished the job promptly. They use modern power posthole augers and corrosion-resistant fasteners. There was a small but important alignment issue with an aluminum section they installed in the first segment, but they installed two new gate posts to correct the error, and that was impressive. We're very pleased with the end result. The new fence makes its own statement. We highly recommend Top Rail Fence.

We absolutely love our fence! Terry took care of all of the HOA communicating for us, which was great! The team lead for our project was Jacob amd he was great with communication and getting things done. Absolutely terrific crew, and the owner Drew was always available to answer questions. We have a beautiful fence and are so glad we decided to go with Top Rail!
