Amazing customer service! I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so glad we chose Top Rail Fence for our fence project. Gina and the entire team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Gina made the whole process easy, listened to exactly what we wanted, and delivered everything we asked for. The crew completed the entire fence in just one day, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fence company!

From my very first inquiry, Top Rail Fence impressed me. Chris responded immediately and came out to the property rigjt away, in my schedule. From the moment he arrived, he truly listened — understood my concern about an opening, suggested the perfect gate and fencing solution to keep my dog safely contained, and worked with me on seamlessly connecting to an existing fence I already had. After meeting with him, I got a quote the same day! The entire process was smooth and well-organized. Ginna was wonderful in handling all the scheduling and setup details, and on install day, Tyler was there from the start — walked the property with me, went over every detail to make sure everything was exactly right, and stayed until the job was completely done. The installation team was fast, efficient, and did beautiful work. The finished product looks amazing, and I couldn't be more pleased. They worked with my budget, delivered a real solution to my needs, and the end result is aesthetically exactly what I envisioned. Ginna and Tyler are both very personable, great to work with, and we love our new fence. They were prompt in coming out to do the estimate and very patient with us as we decided exactly what we wanted, which involved some texting back and forth that was always responded to quickly. We had a question about a minor issue after installation, and Tyler came back immediately to resolved it. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! From the moment we met Ginna we knew we had the perfect company to install our fence. She was personable and very knowledgeable. We felt that our project was in great hands, and they did not disappoint. During the fence installation Ginna's husband, Tyler, was on site the entire time. Ginna and Tyler made sure we got exactly what they had promised. We threw them a couple of curve balls during the installation and they had the perfect solution each time. Top Rail Fence Raleigh did an awesome job on replacing our old wood fence. Communication with Ginna was excellent during the entire process. The team of builders were efficient and careful around our plants and lawn decorations. The new fence looks great! I highly recommend Top Rail!

Perfectly done

We had an exceptionally good experience with Top Rail! It started with a really quality introduction to Ginna who came to our farm to introduce the company and work up a quote. We were all very impressed with her genuineness and professionalism! Work was done efficiently and on time and we couldn’t be more pleased! So glad we went with Top Rail!! Definitely a 5 star experience!

Top Rail came out to repair my wooden gate that had come loose from the post. The gentlemen that repaired it were cordial and quite happy. They addressed the repair quickly and made sure the gate was secured back to the post. Thank you Top Rail for a great experience.

We had a great experience with Top Rail Fence Raleigh-Durham. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially for the high-quality, American-made materials they used. Our yard is very hilly, and they did an outstanding job handling the slopes and making everything look clean and well-built. The finished fence looks fantastic.

I would recommend anyone and everyone to Top Rail Fence. Ginna was fantastic and the fence turned out perfect. If we ever move, we will be using them again. Our neighbors are already asking about who did our fence!
