Excellent company to install your fencing. On the day of installation, each step of the process we were made sure we were satisfied.

I had an excellent experience working with Ginna at Top Rail Fence! She went above and beyond to help me locate replacement pickets for my existing fence. The fence was installed by the previous owners of the company, and a few pickets were damaged by a lawnmower, so I reached out to see if replacements could be found. Ginna took the time to trace the original source of the pickets, contact the manufacturer, and arrange for replacement pieces to be ordered. She spent a considerable amount of time coordinating back and forth with the manufacturer to ensure the correct items were identified and ordered, acting as a liaison between me and the manufacturer without expecting anything in return. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and friendly. Her willingness to help and commitment to customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence, not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service!

My experience with Top Rail has been "TOP" notch. Quick to make adjustments where needed and the staff were very friendly and professional from start to finish.

I love my new fence. LINDSEY & the guys arrived when expected, they did an excellent job cleaned up after themselves and my job was complete within just a few hours. Lindsay is just lovely and explains the process to me and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. This was the best experience ever. If anyone is considering a fence definitely check in with top rail fence company , they are super!

Top Rail Fence did a great job on our small project. The communication throughout was great and their prices were reasonable. We just needed a small fenced in area for our pup. Workers arrived on time and were competent and professional throughout their work. They got it done in just about 3 hours. Even when there were slight issues with things buried where the post holes were supposed to go they communicated it and came up with solutions. I’d call them again for any of my fencing needs.

Top rail was super great. Working with Ginna to figure out the best course of action for our project was simple and she was very accommodating to our vision. The fence went up in less than half a day and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! Highly recommend Top Rail!

Put the fence up in one day. Walked me through the process before and after install. Had a slight issue with the gate opening smoothly they came out and fixed the issue no questions asked. Lindsay and team did an outstanding job!

Wow! I had an incredible experience. From the time I met the sales rep, to scheduling, and install, every step was smooth and professional. One thing I desire as a customer is just making my request and paying for a completed job. Top Rail Fence handled the permitting, calling 811, pictures of materials, and drawings of the project. Tyler, the owner, was personally there to greet me and answer every question. He assured me the job would be done on time and that any issue would be resolved. I felt for everyone working because they found a ton of rock and was still able to overcome. Everyone had a positive attitude. Another moment, when the HOA came to check the work, Tyler intervened and explained to them how every guideline was followed and completed per their request. Finally, the project looks great. 5/5 stars I got quotes from 5 local fence companies and Top Rail Fence stood out immediately. Best price, plus solid warranties on both labor and materials. The whole process from quote to install was straightforward and transparent, no surprises. Their crew worked all day in the July heat on a Friday and still finished by 4pm. Efficient, professional, and it showed in the finished product. 10/10 experience, highly recommend to anyone looking for a fence in the Raleigh area.

Top Rail Fence Raleigh did a fabulous job on the fence around my yard. They came and measured and within a couple of days sent an estimate to me by email which I deemed to be reasonable. They came the next week, removed the old fencing and disposed of it, and in the same day put up my new fence and two gates. The workers were friendly, professional, and efficient. The end result was above my expectations. I love my new fence! I would deal with Top Rail Fence Raleigh again for sure.

I highly recommend using Top Rail Fencing. They did an incredible job with putting in my fence on uneven ground and planning the layout around trees while taking in account the property lines. The workers are friendly and very experienced. Great job.

They were great from start to finish!

Gina and the team took great care of us and we love our fence. We fenced in our acre back yard for safety and privacy of our family and it has been the best decision we made since we moved. It took about 1.5 months start to finish but that was only due to permitting and us reviewing all of our fencing options. The fence installation itself only took 2 days! I wish we would have done it sooner. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
