The trash enclosures were built for the Village at Waterford Shopping Center in Midlothian. Top Rail Richmond installed an 8-foot-high privacy fence to cover the trash containers and hide the HVAC units. All gates were framed in metal and had wheels attached for support and easy mobility. The whole project was built on asphalt which added a little more time, but it went smoothly and the client was very happy.
